Thanks so much for joining me.
This is a heart shield.
It's great for doing before meditation,
Doing it when you wake up,
Doing it when you go to sleep or any time,
Many times throughout the day.
It's a great little buffer to just put up before you get on with your day,
Protects what's coming at you.
Spiritually,
Emotionally,
Physically.
If you can,
Just sit back,
Relax,
Get comfortable.
Close your eyes.
Take a couple of deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And one more big deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And just relax.
Let your breathing go back to normal.
Just bring your attention to the middle of your chest.
Just feel energy start building up right there in the center of your chest.
Maybe you see it as color,
Maybe you feel it as heat.
Whatever works for you,
Just with every breath,
See it getting stronger and brighter.
See it spreading across your chest,
Building up strength,
Building up power,
Spreading across all the way across your chest.
With the next breath out,
Bring that energy out in front of you,
About arm's length out.
See it go up and over your head,
Connecting to the chakra above your head.
See it go down below your feet,
Connecting to the chakra below your feet.
See it go all around you,
Creating this safe,
Sacred space,
Creating a buffer,
A filter for whatever's coming at you,
But also a buffer of whatever's coming out of you.
Just know that the space is sacred.
It's yours.
It can be put up at any time.
