Use this short meditation to find the solution to a long standing or short standing issue or problem. First, we identify clearly the issue or the emotional upset that is happening and then I guide you to tap into the energy of the solution. This will bring creative solutions and clarity around situations that may seem hopeless, too frustrating to handle, or confusing. Enjoy!

Welcome to Focus on the Energy of the Solution Meditation with me,

Clara Wisner.

Begin by finding a comfortable seat or lying down.

This is really a practice for anywhere and everywhere to tap into a creative solution or the energy of the solution to an issue that may seem helpless,

Confusing or too frustrating in the moment.

So when you're comfortable sitting or lying down,

Take a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And if you're using medicinal grade essential oils,

This is a great time to take your oil of choice and drop up,

Drop in your palm,

Rub your palms together,

Cup around your nose and take a few deep inhales.

Some great ones to use if you're wondering are Balance Blend or Citrus Bliss.

These are two beautiful opening and grounding blends to use.

Okay,

So now bring up the situation that you're working with.

This could be a situation with another person.

It could be a situation with yourself being frustrated with yourself.

It could be a situation where you're frustrated or angry or feeling hopeless about a certain experience.

Whatever it is,

Bring up that feeling.

So you may notice that your mind starts to follow the stories,

Right,

Of how could I do this to myself again?

How come this person just doesn't understand my point of view?

How can I make her see?

Maybe how did I get myself in this situation?

I have no idea what to do.

So notice the stories and notice how they make your body feel.

Is there a tightness in your chest?

The feeling of I have to get up and do something?

Maybe it's totally deflated and just apathetic and numb.

Please notice and identify what that feeling is for you.

Something like I feel frustrated.

I feel victimized.

I feel confused.

I feel overwhelmed.

I feel hurt.

Just some ideas,

But I want you to really feel into what is this feeling that is at the root of all this frustration of this situation.

So it's not pleasant to bring up these emotions,

But it is important for the solution that we identify what the feeling is.

So you may need to take longer on this.

Maybe you need to stop and journal and write down some words and come to the conclusion as far as what is it that I am feeling?

What is the underlying emotion or feeling?

But if you have it,

Identify it,

Look at it,

Notice all the stories that come up because of it.

And now I want you to switch gears.

You may even want to change the way you're sitting in your chair,

Wiggle a little bit because we are switching gears.

So now focus on what would the ideal outcome be?

How would the ideal outcome feel?

So maybe if it's a situation with another person,

Maybe you notice all of a sudden you're not triggered by their ignorance or by their reaction.

This doesn't actually have to happen or be happening.

Just feel the energy,

The feeling of what that might feel like to not feel victimized by this person's thoughts or actions.

Maybe if you're struggling with something that has to do with you only,

What would it feel like to take the action that you need to take?

To not put yourself in this type of situation again.

How would it feel?

Now feel that in your body.

This isn't knowing exactly what to do.

It's just feeling how would it feel to be done with this situation?

It would probably feel light.

It would probably feel like a weight has been lifted.

It would probably feel like expansion.

Just breathe into that energy of the solution.

Maybe a weight has been lifted off your chest.

Maybe you sit up a little straighter.

Maybe you just breathe a little deeper.

Now notice this does not take any action.

But by sitting in the energy of the solution,

By focusing your mind onto the energy of the solution,

You will open yourself up to a more receptive state.

Where there may be a creative solution that arises.

There may be some clarity that comes up.

There may be a little just break from the hopelessness and confusion and overwhelm.

So sit in the energy of the solution,

Not searching,

Just feeling how it feels in the body.

And enjoy it for as long as you need to.

And when you're ready to open your eyes and go about your day,

I encourage you to come back to the energy of the solution.

We have access to the energy of the solution at any time,

Any moment.

And the more we can stay there,

The more we'll know that the solution is coming.

That the creative idea will come.

Journaling after this can be a beautiful thing as well.

Journaling about the energy of the solution and how it feels.

Remember where our focus goes,

Energy flows.

It's important to identify the feeling,

The frustration,

The situation.

But if we just continue to eddy around and just circle it,

We will never be open to receiving the solution.

So come back and feel the energy of the solution so that you may have access and be receptive to what to actually do.
