Hello everyone,
This is emotional alchemy practice with Clara Wisner of Revolutionary Lifestyle.
So as with any practice guided meditation visualization,
Start out by getting super comfortable.
So I do want you to be sitting up for this practice,
Not laying down.
Although if you really feel the need to lay down,
That's totally okay.
You can make that call.
But just sit up comfortably with your spine erect and so that your head kind of feels like it's floating on your shoulders.
So not as little tension as possible.
And just center yourself by closing your eyes and breathing deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Do that three more times in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Letting go of whatever is going on before,
What's going on after and just coming into this present moment.
So to start this practice,
I just want you to say out loud or in silence,
Repeat silently in your head,
I am fully embodied.
I am fully embodied.
And really feel that sense of embodiment,
What it means to be fully present in your body.
And also the spirit that is animating your body,
That part of you that is not your body,
But is aware of your body.
Embodiment itself is powerful and empowering.
So feel that sense of embodiment.
So as human beings,
We are very sensitive to energy,
Even if we aren't familiar with that term energy,
Or we're not familiar with what that means exactly as far as a human being sensitive to energy.
But it's true,
We're all very sensitive to what we would call vibes,
Right?
We use that kind of language all the time.
We say,
I don't know,
I just,
I didn't like that guy.
He didn't jive well with me or that old house.
It felt creepy in there.
I didn't like it.
Or on a more positive note,
We just meet someone and immediately we click,
Right?
We have chemistry,
Right?
These are all ways of talking about energy that we use very commonly.
And we know exactly what that means.
When we,
Someone says to us,
We clicked,
Right?
Just means we got each other.
Our energy is really aligned.
So in this practice of emotional alchemy,
We want to be really careful that we are you,
We are working on our own energy.
We're not necessarily taking on other people's energy.
So if we're upset,
Or we're sad,
Or we're having an issue,
And that's what we're working on today.
I just want you to ask yourself,
What percentage of this is mine?
And it doesn't have to be something that you think hard about,
Just whatever pops into your head 25%,
2%,
10%,
90%.
What percentage of this energy,
This,
This,
Quote unquote,
Negative emotional feeling is mine?
And just notice that.
Just claim what's yours,
And let go of what's not.
And you can even say to yourself,
I send all energy that is not mine,
Back to it came back to where it came from,
Blessed and transformed.
I send all energy that is not mine back to where it came from,
Blessed and transformed.
And really get that sense of releasing what is not yours back out.
Blessed and transformed,
You're doing the world a beautiful favor in alchemy already.
You're releasing that energy back into the world,
But blessed and transformed,
You have the power to do that.
Just by your words,
Just by your thoughts.
Okay,
So now we're going to work with the energy that is yours,
That heavy emotion,
That feeling in your gut,
That feeling in your upper back,
We're going to talk about identifying it and feeling it.
So don't worry if you don't have that exactly in your mind yet.
But we're going to work with what is yours of this energy and work on alchemizing it into something lighter.
So name the issue first.
So maybe it's that you're feeling sad.
Simple as that.
Maybe it's that someone you know hurt you.
Maybe it's that a co worker said something that made you really angry.
Or maybe it's even a pain in your knee,
A physical pain.
It can really be anything that we don't want,
Right?
This feeling of,
I don't want that I wish it wasn't there.
So first,
Just name the issue.
And I'm going to take one minute and allow you to get really clear on what the issue is,
What the feeling is,
What the emotion is,
What the pain feels like,
Where is the pain?
Okay,
So as you have this feeling in your mind,
I'm just going to ask a series of questions and allow them to go through and just whatever comes up first,
It's not right or wrong answer.
It's just getting into the right side of your brain,
Right?
So if this feeling,
This issue,
This pain,
Had a color,
What color would it be?
If this feeling,
This issue,
This pain in the body,
Had a taste,
What might that taste be?
If this feeling this issue had a shape,
What might that shape look like or be?
If this feeling or issue or pain or emotion had a size,
What size would it be?
If this issue,
This feeling,
This thing had a texture,
What would this texture be?
So with all of those attributes in your mind now,
I'm going to ask you to make a sound.
So if this feeling this issue,
This thing had a sound,
What sound would it be?
Just know that you can't do this wrong.
And I'm holding space for whatever that sound is.
And let it go.
Let it out.
Whatever this feeling,
This issue,
This thing is,
It has a sound and you can release it.
When it feels complete,
And if it doesn't feel complete,
You're welcome to hit pause and let the sound come out as long as you need.
Or if it turns into crying,
Or if it turns into screaming,
Or if it turns into something else,
Please honor that and allow it.
It's part of this alchemy that we're doing this emotional alchemy.
So when it feels complete,
I want you to just feel that space that you created.
The way that that vibration cleared that space in your body and just notice how it feels.
Notice the opening the spaciousness,
The lightness.
Now,
What I want you to do is to name an emotion or a feeling that you want to claim.
Maybe that would be love,
Connection,
Understanding,
Alive.
Whatever that emotion or feeling that you would want to replace this feeling we've been working with,
Name it to yourself.
Flow,
Happiness,
Laughter.
And when you've named it,
Feel that feeling filling that space that we created and allow there to be a sound.
The sound of this comfort or love or happiness or joy or connection.
Allow that sound to come out of your mouth and fill that space that you created.
And when it feels complete,
And again,
You can pause or take more time if you need.
Notice how you feel different.
Notice how there's less tension.
There's a slight buzzing in the body of that feeling that you called in.
You literally just created from a dark heavy feeling a light feeling.
You created a frequency that is promoting your healing.
And you fed yourself today.
You have emotionally listened,
Heard what your body was telling you and fed yourself exactly what you needed.
So to close out,
Just take a few deep breaths again,
Appreciating the empowered ability that you've just harnessed and feeling that feeling that you needed that you fed yourself.
And being grateful for the tools that we all have all the time available to us.
Slowly open your eyes and feel grateful in your heart.
