"Alice's Reconnect, Rest, and Rewild retreat was the most amazing experience!!!! With meditations and yoga twice a day, I felt instantly renewed. We also had a chance to journal, going deeper within ourselves, with the Full Moon Cacao Ceremony accompanying this metamorphosis. Alice herself is an incredibly thoughtful host and yoga teacher, providing lovely adjustments and contextual flows - e.g., the animal-themed flow the day of our safari adventure!! She also made sure we were held safely in the space of the retreat, but with a lot of care and respect for Kenya's cultural context (e.g., Nanyuki town visit, interactions with staff, and a free visit to the Mau Mau caves where we had a rejuvenating cold dip in a waterfall). The safari to Ole Pejeta was the cherry on top! Plus, Kilima House is the most amazing location. I left the retreat feeling whole again. I 100% would recommend anyone to go on this RRR retreat, spend time chatting and making friends with Alice, eating yummy farm-to-table food, and nourishing your body with yoga, mindfulness, sauna, and the slower farm life! Thank you so much, Alice, for helping me come back home to myself."

Nikki, Kenya

"Alice is an incredible teacher. The way that she held space for me on her retreat was phenomenal and hard to come by. Not only were we blessed with her yoga classes, that are the perfect blend between movement and moments for pause; but also her ceremonies throughout the retreat that were expertly curated and flowed so naturally. I left the retreat feeling at complete ease, nourished from inside out, and filled with incredible memories of Kenya. I can recommend Alice's retreats and classes from the absolute bottom of my heart!"
