Embrace Tranquility & Wellness is an intimate evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and experience deep relaxation. Guided by Sandra Zatezalo of Golden Heart Wellness, this two-hour gathering at Vitality Wellness Center in Encinitas combines Yoga Nidra, sound healing, Reiki, and the Energy Enhancement System in a peaceful and supportive environment. The experience is designed to create space for stillness, nervous system relaxation, reflection, and connection. Whether you are new to these practices or already have experience with meditation and energy work, the evening offers a gentle opportunity to step away from everyday demands and return to a greater sense of balance. Participants may choose floor placement and are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in before the session begins.

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 7 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 7 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 7 days before the retreat begins.
