I woke up this morning.
Are you following grateful your dreams grateful to be alive?
Breathe deep.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
If you want to find a comfortable seat or find a nice peaceful laying down position.
So bringing your body into presence,
Into comfort,
Into relaxation.
Close your eyes.
Begin to notice your breath.
Each beautiful breath entering and exiting your body.
Making any micro adjustments or changes so that you feel more comfortable.
And you start to take your breath deeper than you have all day long.
Finding this sweet and unique rhythm carried through your breath.
Like a heartbeat.
Like an ocean created through your imprint.
This unique rhythm of your breath embodied through this moment.
Through presence.
The breath carrying a vibration.
A vibrational energy and an energy of truth.
Are you able to observe anything in particular about your beautiful breath that might lead to answers for your journey?
That might lead to questions you weren't even sure you were to ask.
But here in this safe space,
You can go there.
You can ask yourself what it is that you need.
You can ask yourself what it is that you desire.
Imprinted on our souls through the breath,
Through our body,
Through our conscious awareness.
This is a road map helping lead the way through this journey.
And the truth is,
No one knows where we're going at the end of this journey.
All we know is that we're here now.
And without concrete,
Foreseeable evidence of an ending or of a new beginning,
We recognize that all we have is this present moment.
Here and now.
In this body.
With this breath.
Here as you sit.
Notice your light.
Notice your radiance.
This is you.
And all that you're seeking is also seeking you.
All that you're searching for lives within your being.
Are you looking for hope?
Are you looking for peace and quiet?
Are you looking to get involved with community?
Are you looking to plug in and feel connected?
Know that all of this that you wish to achieve is possible.
And taking a moment to just be and just breathe and to listen to the mind.
You come to know yourself better.
You start to know more truthfully your personal needs.
You start to follow that road map.
And notice that some plans,
Whether unexpected,
Are laid out for you.
And there's always a way.
You have the ability to choose active hope.
You have the ability to connect with community.
Remember the endless support that is around you.
Feel your body,
Feel your mind,
Feel your spirit and heart softening in to the sense of support.
Wrapping you up with love,
With connection.
Remember that you are so deeply loved.
You are a beautiful human.
You deserve to live this life in your highest light.
By being here right now,
You're well on your way.
Take time each day to celebrate this gift of existence.
Take time each day to give thanks.
To dance.
And if you can't dance,
To let your mind dance and play and create.
Embracing the things that are soothing for your soul,
That light you up.
And shifting those pieces of you that might be straggling behind into active hope.
Take in five more beautiful breaths,
Just as you are.
Remaining in a state of active hope throughout your week.
Opening your eyes only when you feel ready.
