This meditation is a four-part series including grounding,
Visualization,
Affirmations,
Activating positive states and gratitude,
And coming back to grounding.
We are all here for a reason.
Possibly you want or need a change,
Or a reminder of how amazing you are.
We are all pure potential,
Incapable of great and amazing things.
We can break through blockages and move forward.
Before we begin,
Take a moment to set an intention,
Asking yourself what is your true heart's desire.
Let us begin.
Listening to my voice,
Bring your attention to your body.
Settle in,
Get comfortable.
Check in with your mind's eye,
Scanning your entire body,
Starting from the head and working down to your toes.
Checking in with gentle curiosity,
Noting any areas of tension or holding,
Allowing yourself permission to let go.
Let go just a little bit.
Taking a breath in,
Breathe in,
Hold and letting go with a long,
Slow exhalation.
Sending that breath to areas that need releasing.
Now close your eyes.
Close your eyes or find a point of reference and soften your gaze.
Feel the cool air in your nostrils and the air in your throat,
Air filling your lungs.
Let your breath become smooth,
Letting go with a long,
Slow exhalation.
Letting go.
Right now there is nothing that anyone needs from you.
Let go.
In your mind's eye or in your view,
Bring your focus and attention on a window or a door.
Notice the details.
Focus paying attention as you breathe.
In your mind's eye,
Walk towards the entry of the window or the door until you stand before it with your hand on the latch.
You open the window or the door.
Here you are surrounded by pure white light.
You let the rays wash over you.
You can feel it on your face and your body,
Healing light filling you with peace.
Take a step,
Leap or fly through the open space until you come to a clearing where you land feet firmly on the ground.
Here you are secured,
Rooted.
Here the air is cool and you feel pure light.
You feel free.
This is a beautiful,
Serene place.
And you walk until you see a figure in the distance.
You walk on until you notice that this figure is yourself.
This is the you that has already received and achieved your heart's desire.
You smile at yourself.
And you reach out and take your own hands in your hands.
You have yourself.
And it feels right.
You embrace yourself,
Wrapping your own arms around yourself.
You feel positive and free.
And all of anxieties and burdens that you once have have left.
You take a long,
Slow inhalation and a long,
Slow exhalation.
This feels good.
Breathing deep,
You feel gratitude in your heart.
Gratitude for your life.
Gratitude,
Acceptance,
And unconditional love.
For your whole entire experience and being.
For everything that you have endured up to this point.
You are filled with love,
Peace,
And hope.
Now turn around and look as far as you can see.
Your potential is limitless.
Your vision is clear.
You are pure potential and bliss.
You are a creative gift,
And your gift is to give back through your gifts.
Placing a hand on your heart center,
Find and feel your own heart beating.
Feeling love,
Send this love out as a ripple to the world and to the universe.
Let the love ripple out to the world and to the universe.
You feel this radiating through your body,
Through your core,
And the light that surrounds you,
Washes over you.
Bringing our awareness back to our body,
Again scan your body,
Noticing that the tension has left your body.
Your mind is clear and you feel renewed.
It is time that you turn back to the world.
So you turn and you walk towards the door and the window.
You look back.
This is a place that we can return to again and again,
Whenever we need a gentle reminder of who we are.
Take a step forward and you are home,
Safe and secure.
You are home.
Bring some movement back to your fingers and your toes.
Flutter your eyes open and again wrap your arms around yourself and embrace.
