Honor | Root | Grounding Meditation

Honor Energy is Powerful Medicine. Your Honor Center is located at the base of your spine/ your pelvic floor/ Red or Root Chakra. This is Big, Bold, Bright, NOW, FIRE, Vibrant, Vital Life Force Energy. With practice, you can strengthen the muscles of your pelvic floor, your root. This meditation is centering, calming, plus awakening! You will learn to encourage the natural ebb and flow of your energy, which creates swooping heart shapes that ground at the base of your spine.

Welcome. You want to find a comfortable place to sit. You can sit, Stand, Or lie down with this meditation. This is the honor meditation. We could also call it the root meditation. So I want you to take a breath in and just check in with your body and see how it's feeling today. And on the next breath, I want you to do a nice root lock. So I want you to breathe in big and squeeze that root and pull. Everything tight, Squeezing your glutes, Holding your breath, Squeezing that root up, Pulling, Pulling, Releasing. Allowing the energy to billow off, Releasing the muscle, Releasing the squeeze, Letting the body relax completely, And the energy comes back and falls gently at the root. Do it again. Ready? Breathing in and squeezing, Squeezing tight, Everything, Breathing in, Holding, Holding that breath, And then allowing, Releasing the squeeze, Releasing the breath, Allowing the energy to anchor back down at your honor center. Taking the next breath in and pulling the energy up to your navel, Holding everything tight, Squeezing your glutes, Holding everything tight in your body, And then releasing that squeeze, Allowing the energy to billow off both sides and creating that second heart shape. Beautiful. See how everything feels. How does my body feel today? How does this energy feel within my body? This is my energy, My vital life force, Cooking up and allowing it to brew and to stimulate everything. How does it feel? Taking another breath, Squeezing, Squeezing tight, Pulling it all the way up and into the empowerment center, To the center of your body, And pulling tight, Tight, Tight, Squeezing, And then allowing your body to release and let go of all of the squeezing, And feel the energy billowing out and clearing and anchoring back down into your root. Beautiful. Take another breath in, Squeezing and pulling, Pulling, Pulling all the way up into your heart, To the place of connection, Pulling, Holding the energy for a moment, Now releasing big, Big breath out, Releasing, Relaxing the body, Allowing the energy to roll back down, Creating another heart all the way back down, Squeezing at the root, Anchoring there at the root, Breathing in and squeezing again, Pulling the energy all the way up into your throat, Your manifestation center, And allowing the energy to just billow out both sides. Just make peace with this energy rolling up into your throat and anchoring back down. Again, Feel what the body feels. How does that adrenaline feel? How does that fire feel? Again, Breathing in, We're going to go right back to the throat again, So breathing in big, Big, Big, Big, Pulling up into the throat all the way, Let it rush, Let go, Release all, Release the breath, Release the squeeze, Relax the body, Feel the energy billowing back down, And anchoring at the base of your spine. Beautiful. Now breathing in big, Big, Big, Their energy's rushing really fast now, All the way up to your forehead, Your wisdom center, And it's releasing high above your head, Clearing your outer aura, Allowing that to just come back down on that out breath, Relaxing the entire body, Letting everything settle. Breathing in again, Allowing the energy to fly up your spine all the way out the top of your crown, Right through the center of your body, Out your faith center, Releasing big, Big, Big, Big out, Relax the body, Allow the energy to come back down. Good. Fire up that root again. Breathing in again, Breathing in big, Big, Big, All the way up your spine. Good. Let it race right up. You feel it going right out the top of your head, This huge giant heart releasing way out the outer, Outer aura of your body, Cleansing, Purifying, Bathing in this glorious, Wonderful fire, Bringing it back down and rooting at the base of your spine. Good. Just feel that sensation. Feel how that feels. Your energy nourishing your entire body. And on the next breath in, I want you to stay in the hip. I want you to bring your focus to the hip, Breathing in, Holding, Squeezing tight on the hip, Cooking that up and then letting it go, Releasing, Bringing that first heart. There you go. And anchoring back down. And as it anchors, I want you to follow that energy down the pathways of your leg, All the meridians, And right out your feet, Feeling that energy just racing down, Down, Down, Anchoring like roots, Just racing down deep into the earth. And the farther it goes, The hotter your feet become. Moving all the way to the core, Looking for the core of the earth, The beautiful reds and orange and hot white core on this amazing life giving planet. Feel that energy and allow yourself to just dive right in and flip around and swim in that energy, Bathe and just let everything go. Be very playful, Like an otter. Rolling and just floating and opening in the core of the earth. Let the energy just dance through your body, Cleanse and purify. And now notice the light above your head, Use your imagination and just bring your energy and your awareness right back up, Start shooting right back up really fast up through those roots and bring that energy back up into your feet. Really fast good coming back into your roots and on the next big breath in, I want you to breathe in and breathe in the core of the earth. So breathe in now, Breathe in big, Pulling the core up into your roots. And now releasing that breath and letting the energy flow right up through your spine, Shooting out the top of your head, All the way out your faith center crown. And again, Allowing that core of the earth, The earth energy to anchor back down feeding your root, Feeding all of your energy centers. Again, Breathing in pulling that root lock up with the breath, Pulling it up all the way from the core the earth is filling racing up your feet, Holding now releasing, Allowing the energy to just fly through your body, Cleansing cleansing cleansing releasing out all around your body, Anchoring back down to your root. Just checking in taking in a couple of breaths here. Noticing the sensations and how your body feels. Last big breath and I want you to just tap into that core again breathing in pull that core of the earth, All the way up into your roots, Breathing it up holding for a moment now releasing it and allowing the energy to billow off to both sides. And just notice where that energy goes today. Did it move all the way up and through your crown, Did it come all the way up into the heart energy and then separate it come to your empowerment center your throat. Just notice feeling significant into your body, Feeling all of the energetic sensations and all of the physical sensations that are happening. Just allow yourself to rock around a little bit. Roll your neck. Relax those shoulders, Roll them. Open up your feet, Your toes. Great practice for many many reasons. It's a great way to begin your day, Because of all this big fire energy.
