Let's begin with the breath.
Take one deep breath in,
Filling your belly and your chest.
Then slowly exhale,
Letting go of all your worries or concerns of the day.
This is your time.
Take another deep breath in,
And see in your mind's eye any spots of tension that call to you.
As you exhale,
Release these spots and funnel these energies out through your mouth.
You no longer need them.
Take one last deep breath in,
And visualize comforting light surrounding every aspect of your being,
Creating a cocoon of love and security.
Then slowly exhale.
Bring your awareness to the center of your head,
The pineal gland.
See yourself inside this gland as a very miniature version of you.
We are going to go on an adventure.
Begin to move down your brain stem,
Down your throat,
Slowly making way behind your sternum or breastbone,
And into your heart.
Feel the thumping in your heart chamber.
Listen to the song of your own personalized drum.
At this moment,
Mentally ask your heart,
What physical manifestation would benefit me today?
Let this physical manifestation reveal itself to you without any expectation or judgment.
Allow this item to appear effortlessly before you,
Hovering in the space of your heart chamber.
Once it materializes into form,
Shrink it down to an appropriate size,
And put it somewhere on your miniature self for safekeeping.
We are now going to travel inward,
Into the microcosm of you.
Choose a place within your heart chamber,
And pick a spot along the wall to focus on.
Do your best to shrink to the size of the muscle wall you see before you.
You may still hear the swooshing of blood,
Your life-giving force,
And the deep sound of drum beats echoing throughout the chamber.
Reduce your size even more until you see yourself the same height as a muscle fiber,
A tube-like structure,
Stretching and constricting,
Like an intelligent engine.
Focus on the interconnective tissue surrounding each muscle fiber as you get smaller.
This is the fascia,
The root of your intelligent bio-space suit.
Observe its web-like structure.
It keeps every aspect of the body together in a pulley-like system of complexity.
Dive into this cellular matrix and shrink yourself until you can see one whole cell.
Watch the cell activate as fluids enter and exit,
Just like the cycle of a breath,
Inhalation,
And exhalation.
Reduce yourself again until you are the size of a strand of DNA within the cell.
Accept the spirals of this ladder that twist in on itself and seem to go on indefinitely.
Shrink yourself one last time and notice right before you appears to be the brightest orb of light.
It is a photon.
All that ever was and all that ever will be is recorded and resides in the photon,
An infinite and indestructible bridge with source.
You remember the item you put away for safekeeping.
You take it out and place it inside the photon.
Observe what happens.
You send love and light to this photon and watch your miniature self as you begin to grow in size.
Your awareness begins to draw you backward as you see the photon get smaller while the strand of DNA snakes its way around you.
Your awareness brings you back through the cell and even further still,
Showing you the interconnective web of fascia.
Continuing to expand,
You then see the long cylindrical muscle fiber and finally land back in the heart chamber,
Looking at the wall of muscular tissue.
We are now going to travel outward into the macrocosm of you.
From your heart chamber,
Your self begins to expand where you see your entire physical body.
This is your loving transport in this reality,
A way to experience all there is to experience and learn with all your senses in human form.
Your self enlarges further and you observe the room or space you are resting in.
You are able to see this space without opening your eyes.
You notice the characteristics of this space that call to you.
Your self increases again so that you can see the entire building or outdoor space you reside in.
You take note of all the unique details in this bird's eye view.
Your vision increases as your self continues to enlarge to the size of your neighborhood.
You have memories here.
Good or bad,
You send your neighborhood love and gratitude.
Your awareness then grows to the size of your city or province.
Allow your focus to zoom into recognizable locations from this viewpoint.
You continue to enlarge yourself and in funneling outward,
You see your country.
Notice the details of borders and landmarks and how nature creates its own recognizable trademarks in your homeland.
Enlarge once again as you take in a view of the entire earth.
Gaia is a living and breathing organism who just so happens to nurture us,
Just as a mother would a child.
You send love and gratitude for the mother and surround her in a peaceful balance.
Yourself grows even more,
Shooting past the neighboring planets as well as the asteroid belt,
Until you get a clear picture of our solar system.
Just as a musical staff with all of its notes,
The planets travel in their orbits,
A spiraling musical staff,
And resonate their songs,
Creating one beautiful harmonic.
Enlarge yourself once again and at hyperspeed,
You shoot past stars and constellations until you reach the viewpoint of our Milky Way galaxy,
A mandala with spiral arms of light embracing the collective center,
Stabilizing our space within space.
The lights dance as you observe how far you are from our brilliant planet.
The earth winks at you,
Reminding you where she is.
Ultimately,
Yourself enlarges even further as you pass massive colors and forms and darkness.
The galaxies and their geometrical patterns have diminished their lights.
The vastness of space has encompassed every bit of you.
All you observe now is the silence of the void.
You are in the deepest part of space,
Where the rules of our planet no longer apply.
In the void,
You begin to see something manifest and take form.
It's the same physical manifestation that appeared to you in your heart chamber.
When you last interacted with it,
You had placed it in the photon,
And now it's here before you.
Deep in space,
The bridge to the cosmos is complete.
You thank the item for appearing,
And it begins to shrink to an appropriate size.
You find a special spot on your larger self for safekeeping,
And take it with you.
Your awareness begins to shrink as you travel inward.
You can see the colorful lights of the galaxies bloom within the darkness,
Amplifying their brightness as space begins to fade into light.
As you continue to zoom in,
Your awareness pinpoints our galaxy,
The Milky Way,
Flashing forward into the light of our solar system.
The planets rush past you as you travel through their gravitational fields,
And see Earth in the distance and all her glory.
The details of your country clarify more and more as you zoom inward,
Recognizing your state or your province.
The landmarks of your town or city captivate you,
And you begin to reach your neighborhood.
Your building magnetizes you closer as the room or space pulls you inward,
Leading you to your body.
Your body happily receives you as you access your heart chamber and feel the precious beat of your life force and heart energy.
Remembering the item you put away for safekeeping,
You pull it out and place it in your heart chamber.
It floats before you,
Hovering with a consciousness of its own accord,
And just as it materialized before,
It quickly disintegrates back into the energy of the heart chakra.
Your heart chamber radiates swirls of pink and green as you experience a luminescent immersion all around you.
Your adventure of your cosmic self has now come full circle,
Revealing the awe-inspiring toroidal field you are.
The microcosm,
The macrocosm,
All reflections of your greatness.
