Surround yourself in a sphere of love and light.

Deep breath in and as you slowly exhale,
Repeat this intention in your heart center.
I allow my DNA to activate for optimal well-being.
Feel your body confirm this intention.
In your next breath,
Feel your astral body float out of your physical body and into the space above.
Gently spin yourself so that you see your physical body below within arm's reach.
With every breath,
Your physical body appears clearer and more focused.
You notice the soft tissues in your face released and calm.
You notice your body limp and relaxed.
You see your skin and observe the calmness that permeates from your form.
You are in a state of awareness where you can have access to your own health and well-being.
Visualize a dimmer switch at your dominant hand.
Ask your physical body to reveal its current state of well-being by lighting up all the healthy cells as you turn up the dial of the dimmer switch.
Take note of where the brightest areas reside.
Thank these cells for their health,
Vitality,
And their ability to assist you in functioning at an optimal level.
Now,
Take note of the areas that have dim light or no light at all.
Focus on the area that first draws your attention.
Tell this area,
I now activate all DNA in these cells to function at their optimal level.
Send love to this area or say the words,
I love you.
Hold the space for this activation to take place and observe.
Now visualize light expanding from these cells and configuring to the same frequency as the rest of the healthy cells throughout your body.
You may notice this area was connected to other areas in need of light.
Like a river that diverges through open land,
Allow the light to diverge and connect those areas that require extra light and activation.
Continue to observe as the light intensifies and you can no longer see the outline or details of your physical body.
At this moment,
You're looking at yourself as pure light.
Visualize a second dimmer switch at your dominant hand.
Now ask your body to reveal the flower of life symbol as you turn up the dial on this second switch.
If you are unfamiliar with this symbol,
Let your body reveal it in its own way without judgment.
Continue to turn up the second dial and observe how this symbol surrounds and permeates your body of light like a luminescent patterned orb.
Allow it to expand and fill the space around you.
Ask the flower of life to activate and spin in the most appropriate direction and speed for your current state of well-being.
Observe this change.
Now float your astral body down into this orb of light where you can fully connect with your physical body.
Take note of the sensations you feel remembering that you have complete control in the intensity of sensations.
Visualize a dimmer switch at your right side to control these levels if needed.

Connect and integrate completely with your physical self.
Beginning with your scalp and face all the way down your body through your chest and abdomen down to your feet and your toes.

Deep breath in and as you slowly exhale,
The orb around you begins to fade.
Keep in mind it can always be seen with your intention and awareness in your mind's eye.
Take one last,
Deep breath in and as you exhale slowly,
Thank your body for this activation and any insights you received.
Allow your body to continue with its assimilation of these new frequencies throughout the days and nights to come with ease.
