This Pictrance Meditation is designed to help those who want to uncover lost memories and remember what you need to know to feel good, feel well, and be happy. You will be asked to find a picture to look at while you participate in this process. Find a picture that you have readily available to you. Make it a picture or piece of art that you do not have any particular feeling about. We want to use Pictrance to anchor your experience into the picture for future investigation and memory recall.

Hi,
This is George Guarino and today in our Pictrons Meditation,
What we want to focus on is letting you intentionally discover something that you've wanted to uncover,
To remember.
Something that's been laying there in the past,
In the background,
That perhaps you haven't been able to recall for a while,
Something that will be important for you to know,
Some insight,
Some answer to a concern that you have perhaps,
And to let this happen and to use Pictrons to help you do that.
What I'd like you to do right now is to go and find a picture that you'd like to focus your attention on.
Now this could be a picture that's on the wall in front of you right now.
It could be a picture in a book,
It could be a postcard that you have or a photograph that's on a shelf someplace.
But go ahead and find a picture,
It could be a piece of art,
Something that's abstracted or something that you recognize what it is.
But preferably it would be something that you don't have an attachment to specifically,
That we can form a new attachment to that picture,
Something that would be beneficial for you right now to discover something you'd like to remember and bring back into your life.
So as you pause the audio for a moment,
Go ahead and find that picture,
Any picture will do,
And then come back,
Okay?
Now I'm going to assume that you have a picture that you're going to focus your attention on,
And with any pictures,
Process,
Session,
Opportunity,
What I'd like you to do is look at the picture.
Let that picture be over there,
Just set it someplace.
Let yourself be free to listen to the sound of my voice.
Let me guide you into this space of learning what it is you've come for.
And as you look at the picture,
Let your eyes close down for a moment.
Now open your eyes and once again,
Look at the picture to see all the different areas of it,
The sides,
The corners,
The shapes,
The textures,
The colors,
The lines,
Whatever it is that's there for you,
And let your eyes rest on one spot.
One point in the picture,
Become focused on one point in the picture.
Really let yourself focus all of your attention on that one point in the picture,
And close your eyes down.
Now open your eyes and once again,
Look at that point.
Really let your eyes focus only on that one point and the sound of my voice,
And how comfortable you can allow yourself to begin to feel yourself going inside that point perhaps.
And let your eyes close down as you remember that point,
That picture,
And everything that you're thinking about doing,
Because you are thinking,
Wondering,
Curious about what it is that you'd like to do now.
That's right,
Just let yourself continue to imagine that picture and that point.
Imagine that picture and that point,
And let yourself be comfortable with what it is you're doing now,
Listening to the sound of my voice,
And letting yourself go inside for a while.
And let yourself imagine that the essence of you,
The essence of you,
Is moving toward the point in the picture.
Just imagine or pretend that that's happening.
You're moving toward that point in the picture,
And through that point to the other side of the picture.
Let yourself be there for a while,
Just listening,
Allowing yourself to relax even more so.
Your mind relaxes,
Your thoughts relax,
Your body relaxes even more so.
You can just let go and really get comfortable,
Because this time is all for you.
This time is for you to imagine that you can uncover what it is that you really want to uncover at this moment,
Because your time is valuable.
And as you spend your valuable time wisely in this session,
It's all about you going back into a time,
Into a state,
Into an experience of wonder.
And I wonder what you will come up with.
What will you gather?
And may I suggest to you to let yourself relax and let go for a while.
You're listening to me,
Because as you relax and let go and listen to me,
This voice you're hearing can guide you to a learning place.
And I know you are wondering something,
And I wonder what you'll find useful about this time.
You are relaxing more and more completely with every breath you notice moving in and out of your body easily,
Comfortably,
And naturally.
You can listen to the sound of my voice and relax even more so and let go as you listen to me,
This voice you hear inside telling you that you can go even more comfortable as I guide you to this learning place.
And I know you are wondering something,
And I wonder what you will find useful about this time.
You are relaxing more and more completely as you let go.
And when someone is trying to remember information that's just beyond what is clear,
It can be like trying to catch a feather,
Trying to catch a feather and imagine the more you grasp at the feather,
The more you actually push it away.
And when you allow yourself to relax and welcome it,
The feather to float gently into your hand and rest there,
It will be there easily resting for you to hold on to and see clearly,
Feeling its gentle presence,
Telling you what you need to hear now.
Listen for what it is you are to discover.
You know it.
You can hold on to that knowing.
You're doing a wonderful job being here with me and you can realize you know all you need to know now.
As I'm quiet for a moment,
Listen,
Notice,
Think about,
Feel,
See.
That's right.
And it will become clearer and clearer as you let yourself accept this is happening right now because you can accept this is happening right now and that you come back later and realize everything that you need to know is there for you to discover.
That's right.
As you accept that into the deepest part of you and put that in that place where it can become clearer and clearer as if the light shining on that knowing is becoming brighter and brighter,
Clearer and clearer,
What you're hearing and feeling,
Seeing is becoming more and more apparent to you and it just feels right.
And as you notice,
Wherever it is that you are,
You can hold on to that knowing and take it with you as you realize that you are in the beyond of the picture.
You are back there and you can sense the back of the picture and that point that you travel through and sense through that point to where you once were in front of the picture.
And now let yourself take everything that you need to take with you,
With you through that point to the front of the picture.
And as you are now in the front of the picture,
Open your eyes and look at the picture,
Sense the picture,
All the different areas of the picture and that point and close your eyes down knowing that anytime you see the picture,
Remember the picture or just know that it does exist in this world because it does.
You will continue on your knowing journey toward what it is that you're here for.
Now go ahead and open your eyes and once again see the picture,
Sense the picture,
See the point,
Sense the point,
Everything about it and how good it feels and how good you feel about all that you've done now.
And imagine perhaps that you've put a frame around the picture.
You almost can sense how you could touch the picture and hear it speaking to you and close your eyes down,
Putting that framed picture that you could feel and hear somewhere inside of you working,
Put it in that place where it's working and doing what it needs to do because anytime that you see the picture,
Remember the picture or know that it does exist in this world,
You will continue on your journey toward what it is that you're knowing that you're uncovering for yourself.
Now open your eyes and once again see the picture,
Get everything you need to know about that picture.
Just pull that towards you as if it's brighter and brighter,
More perfectly lit the way it needs to be and close your eyes down knowing that you've done a great job.
Knowing anytime you remember the picture,
See the picture or just know that it exists,
You will continue doing what it is you need to know to uncover what you need to know inside.
That's right.
Now open your eyes and once again just kind of look at the picture,
Look at what it is that you've been doing,
Yourself coming back into this wonderful sensation of being alive and breathing and noticing the sound of my voice,
Noticing that that picture is there for you.
That picture that you've used today,
Your own benefit,
Your own goodness is there for you and will continue to serve you in ways that are unfolding from this moment forward.
