Hello everyone,

This is George Guarino for Pictrons Meditation.

Today we're going to be doing something exciting and special.

We're going to experiment with automatic writing and drawing.

By automatic what I mean is we're going to tap into the unconscious part of us to automatically unconsciously write and draw on a piece of paper.

We're doing this to train ourselves that this is possible and beneficial and to discover what our unconscious is willing to reveal.

Like all forms of going inside,

Like Pictrons Meditation,

You've successfully done this before.

You just weren't conscious of it perhaps.

You've written sentences or drawn pictures or symbols or lines that have come through onto a piece of paper.

You don't have to consciously relearn how to draw a circle or a square.

You don't have to decide to draw the letter T or B because now it's embedded in your communication system,

Your unconscious.

Most likely you draw your attention to turning on and activating your communication skills when you want to.

You're intelligent and able to use your skills unconsciously.

You'll be able to draw your own conclusions about what will be most useful using your right hemisphere or the one you've left because you can give voice to the artful constructions of the unconscious that may later have something to say about the matter at hand,

What you're thinking,

What you need to know.

So begin now by having a paper ready and something to write with,

A pencil,

A pen or a marker.

Get into a comfortable space where the paper or the pad is supported.

Stop the audio here for a moment if you need to get ready.

And now you can allow your elbow to rest upon a surface like a table or a desk or even on your thigh.

Just let your elbow rest there and support your hand.

You can experiment using your dominant or undominant hand.

The important thing is for your elbow to be supported so that the wrist,

The hand,

The arm and the fingers kind of flop and they can move freely without encumbrance.

Just freely there.

Hold the writing utensil as lightly in your hand or as firmly as you need to to make it an extension of your hand and your fingers.

Let it be comfortable,

So comfortable that you can forget thinking about it.

You can hold it as if you were writing a letter perhaps or hold it in a different way.

Like you could hold it and this would be a good idea perhaps,

As if you were holding a paintbrush or a conductor's baton.

Do it in different ways perhaps,

But select one right now.

Do it in one way or another and know it's completely okay.

There's no right or wrong,

Only comfort and ease of the movement.

I really don't know how easily you'll find yourself making marks and these marks will have meanings but I don't know what they'll mean.

But I do know that you can do this.

Let the marker touch the paper and consciously let the marker get started.

Let the marker touch the paper and consciously let the marker get started.

You can close your eyes down or keep them open and gaze through the paper.

Close your eyes down and imagine or pretend that you're gazing through the paper as the marker's moving.

As you think about it,

What is beyond the paper for you?

You can go back,

Go back further and further to a friendly,

Comfortable memory or even a story you've heard that has meaning that you've yet to absorb completely.

Like being in a house while the details on the outside are being painted on.

Either the unconscious knows the details and the instructions to be revealed while you're inside and way beyond.

So you can decide to investigate the rooms while the painting,

The writing is going on and answers can be written even on walls inside or outside.

You can investigate the hallways and rooms and you may see what's written or the colors and decide to enter the right room and find a desk and paper for writing here.

You can almost see what needs to be written so you can trace the key words or the spaces and symbols that appear.

Go ahead of me.

You have plenty of time here to do a good job or an outline that will be filled in as time passes.

You'll only know what is written when you read it back or look at the colors and shapes.

It's okay to give an impression of how you want to be seen and understand what you must leave on the paper.

Go ahead and continue to get it all out as I wait for you.

You can learn many things as you continue to forget what you leave on the paper.

And there is more for another time and now you keep going.

And keep going.

Perhaps it's best to cover the paper and be surprised what the outside looks like so you can begin to come back with everything you need now.

Open your eyes and look at the paper.

Now close your eyes down knowing that any time you see the picture,

Remember the picture or just know that it exists in the world,

You'll continue on your journey of knowing what it is you've come for.

Now open your eyes and see the picture,

See what's there and close your eyes down.

You've done a great job knowing that any time you see the picture,

Remember the picture or just know that it does exist in this world,

You'll continue moving toward your goals,

What it is you have come for.

And once again open your eyes looking at the picture,

Looking at what's there,

Putting a frame around it in your mind,

Sensing whether you could touch it,

Whether it has a scent to it,

Even talking to you perhaps.

And close your eyes down,

Letting that be inside as you store that somewhere deep inside of you to be read when you need to,

Knowing that any time you see the picture,

Remember the picture or just know that it does exist in the world,

You continue moving toward the outcome that you've come for.

Now open your eyes and sense what's there,

See what's there,

Kind of shake yourself off,

Acclimate yourself to the room,

Letting yourself just kind of look and see what it was that came to you.

Now I really do hope that you let yourself do some more automatic writing.

Put your hand in a comfortable position with the elbow on a supported table or desktop,

Even your thigh,

And let the marker,

The writing utensil be loosely or firmly in your fingers in some special way.

It could be like when you're writing a letter or it could be when you're painting or it could be,

Imagine like if a conductor was conducting an orchestra,

You know,

That kind of a movement where it's just there and it can move freely and comfortably.

Close your eyes down and let that begin to happen.

Let that begin to happen.

Just before you do this or even now,

You can think about what it is you'd like to be thinking about,

Something that the unconscious mind can communicate to you,

Something that you can find out about yourself,

Something that's important to be shared right now.

Find out what's going on,

Find out what you can do,

And I can assure you that the more you allow yourself to do this,

The more comfortable and easy it becomes to set this in motion and begin to see what emerges for you.

I'd love to hear what it is that you've come up with.

Until we work together again,

This is George Guarino for Pictrance and this was automatic writing and drawing using Pictrance meditation.

Please experiment with it and let me know what happens.

Have a great day.

Take care.

This was very interesting! I really was able to tap into my subconscious in such a short time. When I went back to read what I’d written, I didn’t even remember writing it. But it was eye-opening stuff! Will keep practicing for sure 😊
