This was a powerful meditation for me. I sat in a rocking chair that was my great grandmother’s. Though I had never met her, I felt the arms of the chair as her arms, and those of my grandmothers, who I did know, and of my dear mother, who passed 2 years ago. I then pictured the generations before them, and felt comforted, supported, and joyful. I was being embraced by them all, in this old rocking chair. Tears flowed. Thank you for your insights, calming voice, and for sharing this meaningful meditation.

Such a beautiful meditation. Thank you very much. I'm preparing for an Ancestral workshop tomorrow and always have had such difficulty connecting with my ancestors and have felt such judgement and blocks from them and this is the first time I feel a breakthrough... 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 I saw these long lines of lineage from The Netherlands to Indonesia where we are from, ,and they formed a love heart shape standing hand in hand with me in the middle.
