Firefly Sound Healing Journey (Live)

In this meditation, we'll relax into a field of magical dancing fireflies, bathed by the sounds of frogs and crickets. We invite the fireflies to conjure childhood memories and summer vibes, and they teach us to shine our inner light to attract what we most desire. This sound healing meditation uses real nature sounds as a backdrop to a live sound healing session created with singing bowls, tuning forks, bells, rattles, Koshi chimes, steel drum, keyboard, synth, and vocals. It was live-streamed on Insight Timer on July 9, 2025.
