Life of Phi: A Morning Practice
This is a simple short moving practice that can be done in as little as 5-10 minutes to facilitate a deeper connection with the Universe by balancing your electromagnetic field increasing your ability to access more vitality, ease and flow. This meditation consists of two simple postures that will be held for a total of 5 minutes. For a longer meditation, the time can be adjusted to 4min and 6min for each posture for a total of 10 minutes.
