I firmly believe that our morning routine bring magic into our lives as it sets us up for the day. Stretching out your neck to connect deeper to yourself feels good and is a way to center yourself and find your peace. I love sitting at my front entrance and connecting with myself early in the morning. This is one of my special places. This recording isn't only something to listen to in the morning; feel free to use this quick meditation stretch to remember that you are at peace whenever needed. This is Becca,

I'm excited to share a morning stretch to start your day grounded and connected.

I Send little meditations like this to my clients So they can start their day off on the right foot So here I am today to guide you on a little stretch if possible sit outside and Put your bare feet in the grass.

I Love sitting on my front stoop in the early morning with my feet in the grass Surrounded by my plants and Listening to the birds chirping if this is not possible for you,

Then just picture yourself in an outdoor space where you feel connected to nature a Place where you feel the beauty of the world around you We're gonna do a little neck stretch together let's take in a deep breath through our nose and exhale out through our mouth start by looking straight ahead and Tilt your head to the left with your right ear Rising up towards the sky Feel the stretch Take a deep breath in exhale out And go back to center Now tilt your head to the right Make sure that the left ear is reaching up towards the sky Taking a breath exhale out And go back to center looking straight ahead again Now tuck your chin all the way down to your chest Take a deep breath in Feel that stretch exhale out One more inhalation and Exhale Feel that stretch move it around to the left and to the right Move your head to the left and to the right Activate that stretch Now go back to center Tilt your head back.

So the back part of your head is facing down and you're looking up towards the sky Take a deep breath in and exhale out now return so you're looking straight ahead Tilt your head to the left Round it down in front of you tucking your chin to the chest and then over to the right Move from the right to your left side and back down in front one more time Tucking your chin Now,

Let's go the opposite way Move to the left Move your head over to the left and then tilt to the right and go back down And tuck your chin to your chest again Go in this half circle again taking in a breath and exhaling out return to center Take a deep breath in and out Find your center Find your peace It is in you You can connect to it whenever you want You are it You are peace You are love Do this short practice whenever you need a quick little break This is a great way To experience the power of stretching and the power of connection Have a beautiful rest of the day
