Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this short guided meditation with affirmations.
Start by taking a moment to acknowledge yourself for taking this time for you.
Get into a comfortable seated position,
Closing your eyes or lowering your gaze and allow your body to gently relax.
Bring your attention to your breath,
Noticing the sensations of breathing as you inhale and exhale,
Not trying to change it in any way,
Just allowing it to be and letting your breath be an anchor to this moment right here,
Right now.
And as you continue to breathe,
Letting go of any tension in your body with every exhale,
Feeling more and more relaxed with every breath,
Allowing your shoulders to relax,
Feeling your body relaxing more and more,
Letting the breath melt away any tension in your body.
And as you linger in this feeling of relaxation,
Take a deep breath in,
Exhale with a sigh,
Letting go of any tension and take another deep breath and as you exhale,
Place your hands on your heart and repeat the following affirmations,
Allowing the words to vibrate through every part of your body and soul.
Say I am enough,
I am worthy,
I am loved,
I am safe,
I trust the process of life,
I love and honour myself,
I'm learning to trust my inner wisdom,
I make choices that honour my mind,
Body and soul,
I accept all that is and make choices that serve my highest good,
Every moment offers me the opportunity to make a new choice,
I'm grateful for every experience that has shaped who I am today,
I am good enough just as I am,
I open my heart to receive all that is good,
I give myself permission to be happy,
I empower myself with positive thoughts,
I trust the natural flow of life and I'm grateful for all my blessings.
And as you take in these affirmations,
Feel free to add to these with any other words that will support you for the day ahead,
Allowing them to sink deeply into your unconscious mind and soul.
And now think of three things that you're grateful for and really connect with the feeling of gratitude,
Feeling it wash over your body as you savour this feeling like warm sunshine wrapping around your body.
Take a few moments now to enjoy these final moments that you've gifted yourself with today and when you're ready bring your awareness back into the space,
Wiggling your toes or having a little stretch,
Taking a few deep gentle breaths and gently open your eyes with a big bright smile,
