Welcome to this daily meditation practice designed to gently reprogram your subconscious mind with positive affirmations to cultivate a feeling of self-love,

Self-compassion and self-acceptance.

Self-love isn't always easy to cultivate especially when we've been conditioned to be overly self-critical and overly focused on our flaws.

We may feel the societal pressure to be perfect,

For our lives to look a certain way or to live up to unrealistic expectations.

We may carry old beliefs,

Wounds or harsh self judgments that make it difficult to embrace our own worth and so it becomes easy to forget to treat ourselves with the same kindness and understanding that we offer to others.

However it is in these quiet moments of self-acceptance and compassion that we allow ourselves to truly heal and to truly thrive.

So today take a moment to acknowledge and honor yourself,

Honor your journey,

Your growth and give yourself the kindness and compassion that you deserve.

Let's start by finding a comfortable position either sitting or laying down and begin to feel the weight of your body as it's being supported by the surface beneath you.

Gently close down your eyes or lower your gaze and allow yourself to begin to relax with each breath.

Give yourself permission to fully be here and to let go of any judgments or expectations and allow yourself to simply be present with yourself in this moment.

Let's begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let's do that again.

Inhale deeply into the belly and exhale slowly through the mouth.

One more time.

Inhale deeply into the belly and exhale slowly out through the mouth.

And this time as you breathe in and you take that deep inhale imagine you are breathing in the feeling of relaxation and peace.

Hold at the top of the inhale and exhale slowly allowing the breath to take with it any tension and any stress.

And now allow your breath to find its own natural rhythm and as you hear the affirmations that I'm about to guide you through allow these affirmations to gently settle into your subconscious mind.

All you need to do is just listen,

Feel and trust the process.

For best results listen to this every day for 21 days ideally first thing in the morning or before you go to sleep when your brain is in a more receptive state.

Let's begin.

I am learning to love myself more and more each and every day.

I am learning to fully accept myself just as I am.

I am worthy of love and respect exactly as I am.

I am learning to embrace all parts of myself.

Every part of me is valuable and deserving of kindness and compassion.

I am learning to embrace my imperfections.

My imperfections are part of what makes me the unique soul that I am.

I honor my feelings and give myself the space to grow.

I am learning to embrace my past knowing that every experience has shaped who I am today.

I release the need to compare myself to others.

I treat myself with the same kindness that I show to others.

It's okay to feel what I feel.

All my emotions are valid.

I am learning and growing each and every day and that is enough.

I choose to speak to myself with loving and supportive words.

I forgive myself for not being perfect because my imperfections make me uniquely me.

I forgive myself for all the times that I've judged myself.

I am worthy and deserving of receiving love and compassion especially from myself.

I honor each and every step that I take towards healing and happiness.

I am deserving of and self-forgiveness.

I forgive myself for past mistakes and I allow myself to heal.

It's okay to make mistakes.

It's what makes me human.

I choose to see as opportunities for growth.

I forgive myself for judging myself as unworthy or unlovable.

I allow myself to love and be loved.

I allow myself to let go of past regrets and embrace the present moment.

Every day is an opportunity for a new beginning.

Every day is a new chance to start fresh and be gentle with myself.

I am learning to love myself more and more each day.

I deserve happiness and success and I welcome them into my life.

My value is not determined by external achievements.

I am worthy and enough just as I am.

I am radiant and beautiful.

I love and approve of myself deeply and unconditionally.

I celebrate my individuality and know it adds value to the world.

I give myself permission to take up space and be seen.

I trust my inner voice and respect my boundaries.

I allow myself to feel my emotions without judgment.

I choose to speak to myself with love,

Kindness and encouragement.

I am learning to be patient with myself as I grow and evolve.

I deserve rest and moments of peace and I'm allowed to prioritize myself and my needs.

I honor my progress and celebrate my wins no matter how small.

I nurture myself with positive thoughts and loving actions.

I am proud of the person I'm becoming.

I trust that everything in my life is unfolding perfectly.

I choose to release any thoughts and beliefs that are no longer serving me today.

I am so proud of myself and how far I have come.

I trust in my ability to handle whatever comes my way.

I am learning to trust myself more and more each and every day.

I trust that I am doing the best I can with the knowledge and resources that I have.

I love who I am and who I am becoming.

I trust that everything that I need is already within me.

In this moment I trust that I am enough exactly as I am.

I am learning to love and accept myself just as I am.

I am worthy and whole just as I am.

I am enough just as I am.

I love myself just as I am.

I am enough just as I am.

Now take a moment to let these affirmations settle deeply into your heart and mind.

Take a deep breath in.

Slow breath out.

Take another deep breath in.

Slow breath out.

In this moment there's no need to rush,

No need to analyze.

Just simply trust that you are planting seeds of love,

Growth and healing within you.

And when you're ready you can start to bring your awareness back into your body.

Maybe start to notice the rise and fall of your belly or your chest.

You might start to gently wiggle your fingers and toes or take a little stretch and just bring some movement and energy back into your body.

And when you're ready gently open up your eyes.

Bring yourself back to the present moment.

Carrying with you this sense of peace,

Of self-acceptance and love.

Thank you so much for taking this time out for yourself today.

Remember you are worthy,

You are enough and you matter.

Have a beautiful day.
