I am guiding with words and then giving you space for contemplation while I play piano. In the first part of this process, we will focus on the grief and the loss. But then slowly move on to remember all we shared, gifts we got and lessons we learned from our Loved Ones who have gone before us. Pen and paper is useful and you might need tissues.

You you you Welcome my name is Rangnhild Maria mau I will guide you through a contemplation where we are remembering our loved ones A contemplation is a way of deep thinking Where you think of something from many different angles?

If you want you can have a pen and paper and Write down what you find.

It's a good way not to keep everything in your head So this is also a contemplation about death Because If we have the chance to get old before we die We will see some of our loved ones die before us for sure That's part of life But the most difficult For us is of course when someone dies in a young age Long before we even were thinking about that they could die and leave us I will guide you with words and Then play the piano to give you space for your contemplation We will start with grief I Will play some music and you will go into your grief But Don't worry We will not stay there for more than about 10 minutes And then we will move on But now Maybe it's time to cry get your tissues and And really feel your grief Go into everything you miss about your loved one Everything you regret All your feelings of abandonment And The trick is how does it feel in your body?

Where do you feel it in your body and how does it feel?

So with your pen and paper you can write down Everything you miss Everything you regret and all your feelings of abandonment Where do you feel it in your body and how does it feel?

You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You Welcome back it's time to move on And we will move on to our memories all Memories you can find of your loved one See your loved ones face expression hear the voice See the gestures feel the smell How did it feel to touch your loved ones and how did it feel to get touched by your loved ones What were you talking about what were you experiencing together?

What was your loved ones character what favorites Hobbies Make them alive again in your memory And write down The first three words that comes to you when you get in touch with the memories When you get in touch with the memories You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You And now Say what you need to say you have the chance to say what you never said before If you need to apologize If you need to express your love we often forget that right now you can do that Or if you are angry or feeling hurt Know that a person on the other side your loved one is not limited by their human brain anymore They have a completely different and so much wider perspective now So your loved one will understand you this time for sure Your loved one will not get hurt it will your loved one will not judge you So you have nothing to hide you can be completely honest And if you have reason to think that your loved one still is here on earth very close to our dimension Then You can help them Because sometimes they have Difficult to live because they might regret something or they might feel very sorry for Their loved ones pain But now you have the chance you can use your loud voice To tell them in a loving way,

But very firm Go to the Light because that's where they belong now that's where they belong to continue their own journey So write down what you need to say your apologizes your love if you're angry if you're hurt Just feel free to express everything you need to express now So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So It's time to use your imagination I want to ask you to pretend that you never met your loved one Do it like playing a game Like a child imagines another world Of course it's if it's your mother it's difficult it's Kind of impossible,

But anyhow,

Give it a try imagine You never had that person in your life you never met your loved one How is your life?

How is your life now?

And you you can write down for example Three things that never would have happened If you haven't had your loved one in your life So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So But now comes the good news Your loved one Was in your life,

Right?

You met your loved one You were together you were sharing things You were experiencing things together You were sharing love you were sharing happenings And All the joy all the love All the feelings of anger or whatever it was there It made you feel alive So What's left?

It's your memories And hopefully your gratitude For all You had together For the blessing That you had your loved one in your life Maybe for a long time maybe for a short time But it was surely enriching your life in so many ways so So Put your hearts no put your hand Put your heart in your heads.

No put your hands on your heart And feel the gratitude And if you want to write You can write Three things Maybe the three things you're most grateful for Towards your loved one So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So So
