Gratitude Journaling Piano Music
Piano music while you do your gratitude journaling. No vocal guidance. Sit quietly for a minute or two. Focus on your breath without changing it. When you´re ready, start writing. List three things you are grateful for. Pick the first ideas that come to mind. I am grateful for__ because__ Feel free to round off with some meditation.
