Breathe In Love (Poetry & Piano)

For this gentle meditation, Ragnhild has collaborated with fellow Insight Timer teacher Clare Roslington. They met up for the first time in the summer in Sweden and decided to co-create some meditations together. Ragnhild plays soothing piano, whilst Clare reads ‘Breathe in Love’ from her published poetry book, ‘The Beauty of Nature’.

Remember who you are. You are a child of love, A being of light. You came to this beautiful earth to shine your light and share your love. You are a child of love. When you listen and breathe calmly, Waves come and go, Fears dissolve, For love is here. Only love can reveal all that's true. Only love can show the way back to you, To your heart, To your heart.
