White Noise for a deeper sleep. White noise can help improve focus, reduce stress, support better sleep, enhance memory retention, and even promote faster learning. In the first 25 minutes, you can relax to piano music and then slowly drift off as the noise continues. I recommend a low volume for sleep. The original piano track is called "Inspired by Nature Piano Music." I would really appreciate feedback to know how this works for you! Do you wish for some changes in the track? More or less piano, for example? A longer or shorter track? Is the noise-level good compared to the piano? I will read and respond to all comments!
