Welcome to your guided practice for anxiety relief in transitions.
We're going to start with bringing your hands in front of you.
And using the outside of your right hand and the outside of your left hand to begin tapping.
Even though sometimes I worry,
I choose to find peace in this moment.
Moving to above your eyebrow.
I choose faith over fear.
Side of I,
I trust in the unfolding of life.
Under your eye,
Everything will work out.
Under your nose,
Worry is just a thought.
Under mouth.
.
.
And I can change a thought.
Collarbone,
I come back to this moment.
Under your arm,
I am safe.
And top of your head,
I surrender my worries.
Eyebrow.
I choose faith over fear.
I trust in the unfolding of life.
Everything will work out.
Worry is just a thought.
And I can change a thought.
I come back to this moment.
I am safe.
I surrender my worries.
I choose faith over fear.
I trust in the unfolding of life.
Everything will work out.
Worry is just a thought.
And I can change a thought.
I come back to this moment.
I am safe.
I surrender my worries.
And this is our last round.
I choose faith over fear.
I trust in the unfolding of life.
Everything will work out.
Worry is just a thought.
And I can change a thought.
I come back to this moment.
I am safe.
I surrender my worries.
Gently releasing the hands,
Allowing your hands to lie gently on your lap.
Starting with three deep breaths,
Taking a deep inhale through the nose.
And a deep exhale through the mouth.
Inhaling deeply through the nose.
And exhaling through the mouth.
Taking one more deep breath just like that at your pace.
Noticing what may have shifted already from doing our tapping as we gently transition into the breath We're going to be inhaling through the nose three times with a little pause at the end of that third inhale.
And we're going to exhale through the mouth three times with a little pause at the bottom of that exhale.
So when you feel ready,
Beginning our 3x3 breath at your pace.
Noticing what it feels like to really expand the lungs and the chest and allowing that inhale to be deep and nourishing bringing a little bit of space to that chest area.
And with those exhales really allowing that exhale to be a gentle release.
You can even make sigh on that exhale.
Releasing any fear,
Any uncertainty,
Any worries.
I choose faith over fear and I trust the unfolding of life,
Knowing everything will work out.
Coming back to this moment,
Allowing your mind,
Your body,
Your system to know,
I am safe.
I am grounded.
And I am protected.
And on that next inhale,
Taking a deep inhale through the nose and suspending your breath,
Holding your breath at the top of that inhale.
So taking that deep inhale,
And holding,
Holding,
Holding.
For as long as you'd like.
And releasing with a sigh when you feel ready.
Noticing how the body feels maybe you're feeling some sensation some tingling The mind is starting to quiet Pausing here before we begin that second round.
You're doing great.
And when you feel ready,
Beginning that second round of that 3x3 breath at your pace.
If the body wants to move,
If you want to stretch,
If you want to bring the arms out wide as you inhale.
Creating space,
Opening up the lungs,
Opening up the chest creating safety in and around you.
I am safe.
Coming home to yourself.
Connecting with your breath,
Connecting with your body.
And on that next inhale,
Moving into our last top hold,
Last part of the breath,
Taking that deep inhale and suspending your breath at the top,
Holding for as long as you'd like.
And releasing with a sigh when you feel ready.
Ahhhhhhhhh noticing what has shifted and how you're feeling in this safety that you've created in your own energy.
And bringing these mantras with us as we move into the sound healing,
I am grounded,
I am protected,
And I am safe.
