Welcome to your walking manifestation meditation.
Use this practice as many times as you'd like to manifest,
Meditate,
And move your body all at the same time.
Enjoy.
As you're walking,
Begin to bring into your awareness your thoughts.
Wherever your mind is at this moment is perfectly okay.
Just bringing awareness to the mind and observing how our thoughts are treating us today.
Knowing that you are not your negative thoughts,
Any limitations,
And that you have full permission to create how your day goes.
You have full permission to be happy,
To be abundant,
And today you've decided to nourish your mind,
Nourish your body,
And nourish your soul with this walking manifestation meditation.
As you move your body and as you're walking,
Begin to take in your surroundings.
Are you walking in a city,
At a park?
Are you on a trail?
Do you see the water?
What do you see around you?
And remembering to breathe.
Breathing in fresh air.
And as you're breathing,
Letting your breath let go on that exhale of anything that's not serving you today.
And manifest anything that your heart desires.
There is so much possibility for you.
And invite in an empowering belief to bring with you throughout your day today.
I am abundant.
I am enough.
I attract all that I desire with ease.
Money comes to me with ease.
I am brilliant.
Inviting in any empowering belief to bring with you throughout your day today.
And as you're walking here,
Beginning to notice your posture,
How you feel on the inside,
What your thoughts may be.
And ask yourself,
What do you truly desire?
What do you currently desire today?
What are some of your goals?
What are you calling in and manifesting?
And now that you have clarity on your goals,
Your manifestations,
Your desires,
What do they feel like in your body?
What does the version of you that has reached these goals,
That has attained these desires,
How does he or she move?
How do you walk?
Is your chin a little bit higher?
Are your shoulders back with an open heart?
How do you feel on the inside?
Excited?
Grateful?
Relaxed?
Open-hearted?
And begin to really feel those feelings.
Feeling them in your body.
Knowing that you can have everything you desire.
You get to be happy,
Healthy,
And wealthy.
And as you're walking,
Beginning to see a bright,
White light surrounding your entire being.
If the sun is out,
It's pouring into your soul.
You are a radiant,
Light being.
Noticing if there's anything coming up for you.
Welcoming it all.
Welcoming in the new embodiment,
The new way of being,
Emotion,
Feeling.
And just like a seed that is planted,
Planting this manifestation of you.
Manifestation into the ground,
Into the root of the earth,
Like a small seed.
And fully feeling this as your reality.
Moving your body in a way that feels aligned with this manifestation.
And calling in gratitude.
Feeling grateful for what is present in your life,
Currently.
Feeling that gratitude in your body,
In your heart.
Knowing that you have full permission to receive all that you desire.
And taking a closing breath here,
Inhaling through your nose,
And exhaling through your mouth.
And taking this feeling with you into the rest of your day.
