Allow yourself the next few minutes to meditate in a safe and quiet place Where you will have space and peace.

Sit or lay down However is most comfortable for you.

Listen to your breath.

Feel your breath as it enters your nose or mouth Feel your body rise and fall With the breath.

Count down with me from five to zero and with each number you feel more relaxed and calm Five,

Four,

Feeling more relaxed,

Three,

Two,

One,

Feeling your eyelids relaxed and zero Now visualize a ball of bright white light in the center of your body.

Light beams shine outwards from within this ball And shines out in all directions and fills your whole body with loving heavenly light This light clears out all negativity and fills any void so all parts of your body are fulfilled with loving light And you notice feelings of serenity within and without Imagine yourself floating in the universe.

You float effortlessly and are surrounded by the dark navy night sky And small bright dots from far away stars.

You feel weightless and very safe Comforted and protected.

Throughout your life,

Anywhere you gave away too much energy that it felt detrimental to you And anytime another person demanded energy from you in the form of doing things that you didn't want to do Or being guilted or shamed when you didn't meet others demands And anywhere and anytime you felt you lost a part of yourself on any of your timelines Maybe lots of memories and feelings arise within you This meditation is about reclaiming what is yours Those things that were lost to the past,

Gently and lovingly for all involved It's also about cutting all ties where energy may still be draining out And for you and all others to become whole within themselves and within yourself As you gently float in the universe,

You see a small white and gold feather slowly drifting towards you And as this gently touches your arm with a shining golden light,

It becomes part of you The feather was energy lost somewhere in your past You see many feathers of all colours float towards you,

Returning your energy to you As they gently touch your face,

Hands,

Feet,

Stomach,

Heart,

Your throat and your head All gently integrating with you and leaving a light feeling of positive energy where they land on you Each time little joyous glitter and shimmers show in your body as the feather carries your energy back to you Continue visualising yourself floating in space and seeing the feathers coming to you every few moments Well done,

Shifts are happening We want to have our energy fulfilled through kind and gentle ways So now we ask the universe to shine bright golden light on us throughout our body from head to toe This light fills you up where some feathers were not able to be returned to you This light also shines out to all events on all timelines and fulfills all these people,

Places and things From where you have reclaimed your energy This fills everyone and everything with universal essence So nobody is left without and all are filled with love,

Joy and serenity And your energy is free from others' expectations and will Each person becoming more whole with their individual self and light and love from the universe You may feel shifts throughout your day,

Memories or people may pop into your mind It's okay to witness what shows up and let the thoughts go As though you're blowing a feather back to a person from where the thought came from Wishing the best and wholeness and joy and blessings for all involved Gently coming back to reality,

Wiggling your toes,

Fingers and body When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and enjoy yourself today Knowing you have done kind and loving acts for yourself and for others All the best on your continued journey
