Imagine yourself already arrived in the place you’d like to be. Sense yourself there completely. Notice every detail. Look back from this experience, to the you who is listening to this visualization. Any words, kindness, or support you want to give yourself?

Just letting yourself begin to connect more and more with your inside self,
And you might like to do this just by taking a few nice,
Deep,
Easy,
Natural breaths,
Or you might like to begin to notice all the places where your body connects with what's beneath you,
And just slowing down there and noticing in more detail those points of connection.
Maybe your feet are touching the ground,
Maybe they're inside of your shoes or your socks or what's beneath you,
And as you notice that contact,
See if you can let your weight go even more,
Really get heavy,
Let your feet get heavy and let go,
Then feeling where your legs might be connecting,
Maybe your hips where you're sitting,
And as you notice the nature of this contact,
Just let yourself go,
Let your weight go even more,
Get heavier and heavier,
Letting yourself drop into that support.
Maybe your hands are resting somewhere on your body or somewhere else,
And just feeling the texture of that connection,
The temperature of that,
And as you notice it,
Letting yourself get heavier,
Letting those hands and arms rest even more,
And perhaps even your back or your head is making contact with what's beneath you,
And feeling into that contact,
Noticing the nature of that contact,
And as you notice the nature of that contact,
Letting go a little bit more down into the support of the Earth,
And just take a moment and notice how you're held completely,
You're supported completely in the place that you are,
So taking your awareness now to your eyelids,
Those are the smallest muscles in your body,
Your eyelids,
So just beginning the deep relaxation there,
See if you can relax your eyelids so much that they just won't work anymore,
See if you can relax them so much that they just won't function,
And when you've got them that relaxed,
Just test them,
And make sure that they really are that relaxed,
And when you feel satisfied,
Just let that go,
Just let them relax even more deeply,
And on your next inhale down,
Just take that relaxation all the way up to the top of your head,
And as you breathe out,
Just take it all the way down your body to the tips of your toes,
Very lovely,
And you can let each breath you take,
Take you deeper and deeper within,
More and more relaxed,
Very good,
So in a moment I'm going to count from 10 down to 1,
And when I get down to 1,
You can be all the way down to that lovely,
Still,
Quiet,
Comfortable place inside where your deepest wisdom,
Your creative unconscious can be accessed,
So just beginning now to go deeper,

Just scanning your body and noticing which part feels the most delicious,
The most comfortable right now,
And then inviting that comfort to just spread out from there,

Just setting aside any cares or worries,
Anything from before,
Anything from after,
Just setting them aside,
Not needed right now,
Just like how you take off your coat and you leave it at the door when you come inside,

Calm and relaxed,
Calm and relaxed,
And whenever conscious thoughts come into your mind you can just go back to those words,
Calm and relaxed to quiet those thoughts,

Letting your body really begin to soften and melt so deeply now,
Any part that's holding,
Just letting go,
Just letting go now,
Bringing peace and calm to any space that's made,

Letting your mind relax really deeply as well as your body,
Maybe even discovering a really lovely kind of fluidity that comes along with that relaxation,

You're half way down,
And when you get all the way down you'll be in that lovely,
Still,
Comfortable,
Quiet place where your deepest wisdom,
Your creative unconscious can be accessed,
And any sound you hear,
Any sensation you feel can just become a reminder that you can let yourself go deeper and deeper into peace and calm and comfort now,

Is more and more relaxed,
Deeper and deeper,
Down,
Down,
Down to peace and ease and comfort now,

Bringing a really deep opening and releasing to any part that might be holding,
Just letting go now,
Any space that's made being filled with peace and calm and comfort as you move down to number 2,
Doing any last thing so that you're ready now to move down to number 1,
Number 1,
All the way down to the bottom of peace and ease,
All the way down to that lovely,
Still,
Comfortable place inside and just resting here,
Just breathing and resting in this good,
Comfortable place,
Yeah,
And then if it's nice to you,
Opening your awareness and beginning to feel what it's going to feel like when you arrive in the place that you want to be,
That's right,
You can let each breath you take,
Take you even deeper into connection with that good feeling and then just notice every detail,
What it feels like to be here,
You might perhaps like to look around,
Notice what you can see,
Perhaps colours,
Shapes,
Movement,
You might even like to look down and see your own body,
Your own feet on the ground or however it is that you are,
You might like to listen and notice everything that you can hear in vivid detail,
Voices,
Breeze,
Ocean,
Birds,
What can you hear and sniffing,
Smelling,
Finding the aromas and perfumes of this moment,
This special place,
What scents are there,
What smells and putting your hand out and touching something and feeling what you can feel,
Maybe a texture,
A temperature,
Feeling the air on your skin,
Maybe a breeze,
Maybe feeling the weight of your clothes on your body and the textures,
Feeling the ground beneath you,
Noticing what's there,
Noticing everything about what this feels like and most of all noticing the really good feeling inside of yourself,
What's that like to be here in this place,
Just noticing everything about that,
Because perhaps this is a feeling that you'd like to memorise,
Perhaps this is a feeling you'd like to keep or have whenever you wish and if that's the case you might like to go ahead and begin to absorb this good feeling into your functioning now,
That's right,
Just soak it in,
Just send it to all the parts that might want to know it,
That's it,
And just taking a few more moments to do that,
Which can be all the time you need in this special timeless time and then from that place being where you want to be,
Can you take a look back at the you that's sitting there listening to this recording,
Is there anything that you would like to give yourself or tell yourself,
Maybe a blessing,
Kindness,
Words of support or care or something different,
Just notice what's there,
You might even like to join these two selves together,
This future and past self,
Maybe a bridge or a golden thread or some way of making sure that you can find your way easily and effortlessly to where you want to go,
And just doing that now if it seems good to you and then find some way to bring these two selves together,
You might like to dissolve them in or hug them in or something quite different,
Just bring all of this together so you have it with you all right now and knowing that this work that you're doing is going to keep on working in your waking and in your sleeping and in all sorts of ways that you haven't even noticed yet,
So as you begin to know that this accomplishment,
This success is truly yours,
You can also really slowly and gently begin to reorient yourself to your waking consciousness,
Just knowing that your inside self has been listening really carefully and will take whatever action is best for you,
For your own highest benefit and the highest benefit of all concerned,
So really gently letting yourself come back to your waking consciousness now,
Just letting yourself come back feeling relaxed,
Calm,
However you like,
Maybe beginning to imagine what it might feel like to just blink a little bit of light into your vision,
Maybe let the sounds of the outside world softly begin to float in to your awareness,
To your hearing,
Maybe even to wiggle your fingers and toes or take a nice deep breath,
That's right and letting yourself come back now,
Knowing that your success is assured.
