The invitation is to send some resources or support back to yourself before you are born.
Anything you might like to have had or known or would support you for the experiences that were to come.
So if that sounds nice to you,
Just take a few moments now to think about what you'd like to give to yourself back in that time.
And you're doing that now with your conscious mind.
You're just thinking about what would be good.
And the second invitation is to do that with your subconscious.
To do that on a deeper level as well.
So when you're ready I'll talk you down into a deeper state and you can feel free to hear these words or ignore them.
Or change them into whatever it is you want to hear right now.
Just take the words you like and leave the rest.
You're in charge.
So just starting nice and simply by making sure that you're comfortable there.
You might like to give yourself a little wiggle or settle in,
A little adjustment.
Just so that you can really feel good and allow yourself to relax all the way in the place that you are.
Just settling in now however you'd like to settle in.
And then just checking to see what you'd like to do with your eyes at this moment.
You might like to have them open.
You might like to find a spot on the wall to look at comfortably.
Not staring at anything but just allowing that spot to occupy the center of your visual field.
And just wondering what's going to happen next.
Or you might feel more comfortable just closing them or if they are already closed,
Letting them close all the way.
And if that's nice you can just let your eyes close in a peaceful sort of way.
And any way that you do it just let yourself focus in on the idea of just being comfortable.
And there have been many times and many places,
Many situations where you felt so comfortable that nothing else mattered except for that comfort.
And you might think of one of them now and let your subconscious mind present to you one such situation.
A situation when you really experienced the sense of physical and mental comfort.
And as you remember it you can recall and re-experience all of those sensations.
The sights,
The sounds,
The feelings which go with being extremely comfortable.
And you can remember where you first experienced feeling profound relaxation throughout your body.
The feeling of every muscle loosening and letting go.
Deeply relaxed.
And very likely the part of your body that needs the relaxation most will re-experience it first.
And the feeling of every muscle and every nerve in your body becoming very quiet,
Very peaceful,
Very comfortable.
And you can wonder what direction the relaxation is going to move through your body.
Whether it's all at once,
Like a flow of comfort peacefully moving through you.
Or maybe something quite different.
And soon you get the feeling that you don't even have to be aware of it anymore.
You can simply allow yourself to become part of the relaxation.
Part of that lovely flow as it becomes part of you.
And it will be very interesting for you to discover for yourself that you don't even need to listen to me.
Because what your conscious mind does now is not at all important.
Maybe your conscious mind just wants to rest,
To go to sleep for a while,
Or go away as far as it likes.
Drift as far away as it wants to some place you'd like to be.
And you lose track of what's being said and it doesn't even matter.
Because your subconscious mind picks up everything and your subconscious mind can hear me.
And it responds in its own time,
In its own comfortable way.
And you can enjoy whatever it is you're experiencing.
And right now you can enjoy whatever sensations,
Heaviness or lightness,
Warmth or coolness.
And let them become part of your relaxation and comfort.
You can go as deeply as you need to for whatever it is your subconscious wants to do to help you enjoy this experience.
And you might enjoy the experience of going so deeply into trance that it seems to you that you're just floating in space and time.
Completely free,
Completely comfortable and safe.
Able to move whenever and wherever you want to go.
And as you float comfortably,
Allowing to come into your awareness,
Your own self,
Back in time,
Back before you were born.
What was that like?
Is there anything that would support you for the life to come?
Anything that you'd like to have?
Maybe something that it would be good to know?
Maybe words of kindness?
And just sending it to yourself now.
And I'll be quiet for a minute while you do it.

And now,
If it feels good to you,
You can put your awareness there.
Become the you that is yet to be born.
And feel yourself receiving those gifts and I'll be quiet while you do it.

Just taking a few more moments to do anything else that's needed there.
And that can be all the time you need in this special timeless time.
And then when you're ready,
Beginning to prepare really gently to reorient yourself back again to your waking consciousness.
Just knowing that this work that you've done,
Keep on working in your waking and in your sleeping.
And all sorts of ways that you haven't even noticed yet.
So as you begin to know that this care and support is truly yours.
You can also really slowly and gently begin to reorient yourself again to your waking consciousness.
That's right.
Just let yourself come back now.
Maybe imagining what it might feel like to blink a little bit of warm light into your vision.
Maybe beginning to let the sound of the outside world filter in again to your hearing.
Maybe wiggling your fingers and toes after being still.
Maybe even taking a nice deep breath.
Letting yourself come back feeling calm,
Clear,
Relaxed,
Supported.
