Welcome to this new day.
Allow your body to drop in to this present moment.
Let the muscles soften.
Let your limbs be heavy.
Release any tension that you can feel.
And then let your mind drop in to this present moment.
Bringing your awareness to the now.
Letting all other thoughts melt away.
And just notice what it feels like to be right here,
Right now.
Take a full breath in through your nose.
Feel your chest and belly expand.
And take an open mouth exhale.
Exhale,
Sigh it out,
Release.
Two more like that.
In through your nose,
Fill,
Take up space.
And open mouth exhale,
Let it go.
Last one,
Biggest breath in through your nose.
And then open mouth exhale.
Now I'll invite you to bring to mind the version of you that you want to show up today.
The version of you that you want to live in to on this new day.
And I'll invite you to consider what your day,
What the day ahead would look like if you were fully connected to that version of you.
Maybe walk yourself through the day.
Notice what you might wear.
What you might eat.
Who you might talk to.
The things that you do.
The things you don't do.
Notice how this version of yourself would end the day.
Closing out.
A full day.
And then holding this version of you in your mind's eye,
I want you to imagine that you are them.
You are fully present in this version of yourself.
Notice how you feel.
Notice what feels possible.
And remember that this version of you is real,
Is a real part of you.
And you can access them whenever you choose to.
As you move into the rest of your day,
Let this version of you be your guide.
You might ask yourself,
What would this version of me do in this moment?
How would this version of me respond?
And as you're ready,
Start to deepen your breath.
Wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes.
