Welcome,

This is a meditation designed to help you connect with your wisest self.

Allow your body to settle,

Allow your breath to slow,

And starting from the crown of the head,

Release any muscle tension throughout the body,

Behind the eyes,

The jaw,

The throat,

Your shoulders and upper back,

Down through the arms,

The elbows,

The wrists,

To the tips of your fingers.

Release tension through the upper abdomen,

The belly,

The hips,

Through your legs,

The knees and ankles,

The soles of your feet.

Take a slow breath in through your nose,

Fill your belly,

And open mouth exhale,

Release.

Breathe in through your nose,

Feel your spine lengthen,

And open mouth exhale,

Feel your body soften.

One more full breath in,

Feel your ribs expand,

And open mouth exhale,

Let something go.

As you breathe here,

Draw your awareness to your heart center.

Notice how your heart is showing up today,

Notice how it's feeling,

And then imagine walking your conscious awareness towards the heart center.

If you imagine a staircase leading from the seat of awareness behind the eyes,

All the Notice what it looks like,

What it feels like,

Notice if there are sounds,

Or smells,

Notice how long the staircase is,

And how quickly or slowly you travel down it,

And then watch your conscious awareness arrive at the bottom,

Entering your heart space.

What do you see?

What is the energy of this space?

Watch yourself explore the heart space,

Entering deeper with curiosity,

Notice if there are walls,

Notice the quality of the light,

Notice what kinds of things fill the space,

And as your conscious awareness explores your heart space,

It comes across a part of you,

Your wisest self.

Notice how they appear to you now,

Notice what they look like,

Their size,

Their energy,

Maybe their voice,

Notice what they're doing,

And as you approach your wisest self,

I'll invite you to ask them,

What would you have me know today?

What would you have me know today?

Try not to think of an answer,

Instead,

Ask the question and listen,

Be open to what shows up here,

And know that it's okay if there isn't a response,

I'll invite you to notice if you have any other questions for this part of you today,

And in your mind,

In your conscious awareness,

In your heart space,

Go ahead,

And try not to think of the answer,

Just ask and listen,

And notice if there's anything else that you want to offer to your wisest self,

Or if there's anything else that your wisest self has to offer to you,

And we'll hold some space for that to happen now,

And we'll take another moment here just to sit with and witness this part of you,

To be with their energy,

And to remember that you are not separate from this wisest self,

That they are always here,

And we thank your wisest self for being here,

For sharing space with you,

And as you're ready,

Start to walk your conscious awareness back to the bottom of the staircase,

And start to make your way back up the stairs from the heart center to the seat of awareness,

Notice how it looks and how it feels on the way up,

Notice how quickly or slowly you move,

Notice any sounds or smells as you ascend,

And watch as your conscious awareness arrives at the top,

And take a full breath in through your nose,

And an open mouth exhale release,

And as you're ready,

You might start to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Maybe roll out your neck,

Shoulders,

And the eyes open,

Thank you for meditating with me today,

And remember that your wisest self is always here.
