Close your eyes and get comfortable,
Just allowing your attention to turn to your breath,
Relaxing your jaw and your forehead,
Allowing your shoulders to drop as you drop into this moment.
Take in a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your belly and your lungs and release.
Take another deep breath in through your nose,
Sending it into the belly and your lungs,
Filling them right to the top,
One more deep breath in through the nose,
Deep breath and then letting it out slowly and gently and allowing the breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Not trying to change it,
Not anticipating it,
Just letting it come gently in and out,
Fully settling into this space.
Now I want you to turn your attention to your body.
Where is it that stress and fear is taking hold in you?
Where do you hold your worry and your anxiety?
Is it within your shoulders or the back of your neck?
Is it in your chest,
In your lungs?
Do you feel it in your thighs or your hips,
In the palm of your hands,
In your stomach?
Find the places where fear is residing.
I want you to imagine that you're drawing that energy out of those spaces.
See the energy of your fear,
Your worries,
Your doubt,
Your stress.
See it magnetically pulled from the areas in which it has taken hold and allow it to gather in your lower belly.
In some areas it probably has taken hold really tightly.
It might take some stretching,
Some maneuvering and wriggling to get it free.
Slowly,
The tension,
The stress and worry begins to gather in your pelvic ball and as it gathers,
It densifies,
Becomes a big concentrated ball.
It might feel uncomfortable.
Sit with it sit with it.
As all the last little drips and drags arrive from other parts in your body,
Breathe into this big dense ball that now sits in your lower belly.
Now I want you to imagine that you are lifting this ball out.
You might need to wriggle it,
It might take some working,
But we're going to remove this ball out through your belly into your hands so that you can look at it before you.
Picture yourself reaching in and removing it all together so that this ball of concentrated,
Densified,
Densified stress and fear and worry is now outside of your body,
Within your hands.
Can you see it?
What once had a hold in your shoulders or the pit of your stomach,
All the tension and stress is now just a really big ball there in the palm of your hands and now that it doesn't have anything to sustain it,
Anything to feed upon being outside of your body,
It begins to melt and as it falls,
Before it reaches the earth,
It evaporates,
Gone.
Your hands before you are empty and clean.
I want you to take your hands and place your left hand over your heart and your right hand over your womb space and take a really deep breath.
Feel the warmth of the palm of your hand,
Permeate your skin and make its way into your womb space,
This sacred space.
Within the warmth,
Can you feel it sparking with creative energy?
Now feel your left hand,
Can you feel the rhythmic drumming of your heart,
The drumming of your life force?
Sit with it,
Sit with it,
Listen,
Feel it.
These sacred spaces in your body are your guides,
They hold your truth and if you feel adrift or you feel confused,
Uncertain,
Or lost,
Ask them the questions they know.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs and let it go.
Take another deep breath in through your nose,
Gathering any residual tension,
And let it all out.
You can lower your hands to your lap,
Maybe wriggle your toes,
Roll your shoulders a little,
And when you're ready,
You can very gently crack open your
