This one is a series of simple mantras and affirmations when you may be going through a difficult time.
I invite you to find yourself in a comfortable position and gently closing your eyes.
Find yourself getting into a rhythm with your breath,
Inhaling and exhaling at a pace that feels comfortable and relaxing to you throughout these mantras and affirmations.
I invite you to fully absorb these mantras into your being today,
At all levels,
Mind,
Body,
And spirit.
Let's begin.
I am proud of the progress and growth that I have made.
I solely believe that this intolerable experience will pass.
This is tough,
But so am I.
Mistakes are expected,
Inspected,
And corrected.
I am safe.
I am calm.
I am grateful.
I can handle this.
Patience,
Perseverance,
And practice.
Everything is difficult before it gets easy.
I choose to surround myself with good energy.
Just because I have a bad day does not mean I am taking a step back.
This is part of the process and my growth.
