Thank you so much for joining me on this guided meditation on tapping into your personal power.

Let's start by finding a comfortable seat.

You can be sitting in a chair,

On the couch,

Laying down,

Whatever is most comfortable for you.

This is your meditation and I am so,

So grateful to have you here with me.

If you find yourself in a seated position,

Place both feet on the ground to get connected and relax your shoulders.

Do a shoulder shrug and just roll your shoulders up,

Down your body and then roll your head from side to side.

Do a little circle roll from your ear to your shoulder and over to the other side,

Just getting connected in your body.

Now place both palms on the top of your thighs,

Either upright to receive or downwards to get more grounded.

Whatever you need today.

And let's start by taking a few deep breaths just to get grounded in our body.

Take a deep inhale through your nose,

Fill up,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Release everything out your mouth.

Another one just like that,

Deep breath in,

Inhale,

Fill up,

Exhale,

Release,

Let it go out your mouth.

One more just like that,

The biggest one yet,

Fill up everything you've got,

Deep inhale,

Release,

Out your mouth,

Let it go.

Beautiful.

Now we are going to do circle breathing,

Box breathing,

Just breathing in and out of our mouth gently and you'll notice that you'll either send the air just through your nostrils or the air will be sent to your chest or you'll be sending the air all the way down to your belly with your belly expanding.

So whatever feels comfortable in your body today,

I want you to get the most out of it and we don't want to stress too much about the breath,

But just notice your breathing and if you're breathing just in and out of the nose,

I want you to become very aware of the air going in and out of your nose,

Feel the sensations of it,

Feel how warm it is,

How cool it is,

How it's affecting your body with every breath and if you're breathing into the chest,

A little bit deeper,

I want you to notice the air filling through your lungs down to your heart,

Expanding it with every breath and just sending thanks for each breath that passes through your body and if you're sending your breath all the way down to your belly,

Expanding that belly so big with each breath,

Deep breath in,

Belly expands and then releasing out your mouth,

I want you to just feel how your body relaxes as you take these deep breaths in and out of your body and just continue breathing whichever breath feels good in your body throughout the meditation and as thoughts come into your mind throughout the meditation,

Just become aware of them as if a stranger is walking on by you as you're walking down the street and just say hello,

Acknowledge them,

Maybe nod your head,

Give them a little wave and let them go and I just want you to imagine all your thoughts as if they're just people you don't know,

You don't want to ignore them completely,

You see them but you don't want to chase after them,

You know,

You don't want to get too,

You don't want to put too much energy towards these thoughts,

We want to bring our attention and focus back to our center,

Back to our breath and sometimes I like to send my attention between the temples of my eyes,

Right between my eyebrows and maybe assign that a color or a shape and as you notice your thoughts start drifting away,

Just bring your attention back to that color,

Let's assign it green for today's meditation and just go back to a green oval right between your eyebrows and focus on that as you notice thoughts drift off,

Otherwise just continue to breathe however feels best in your body and just listen to the sound of my voice.

I want you to imagine yourself,

Imagine yourself on a beautiful deserted island,

A beautiful beach,

White sand,

So soft,

So warm,

Crystal clear water,

You can see little fishes swimming through them,

I can want you to imagine yourself just placing your feet in the warm soft sand as you are slowly walking to your destination,

You set your towel down,

Slowly finding a comfortable seat,

Laying on your towel,

Relaxing down,

Closing your eyes on this beautiful beautiful beach and I want you to imagine the sun's rays just glistening upon your body,

The perfect temperature,

You just feel so warm and comfortable and vibrant and happy with not a care in the world and I want you as you are laying here on this beach to just imagine all of your desires,

All of your passions,

What is it that you want to create in this world,

What is it that is calling you for it,

What would it feel like as if you were already there,

You have created something so beautiful in the world that helps so many people,

Maybe it's music,

Maybe it's art,

Maybe you want to open a restaurant and fill the bellies of so many people with your delicious food that you've cooked up yourself,

Maybe it's a brand new business and you want to help so many people with this amazing idea that you've created,

Whatever it is,

What is it,

What do you want as you are lying here on this beautiful beach and the sun is glistening on your body,

I want you to release any fears,

Any limiting beliefs and I want you to fully engage in the thought that you have it all,

You get to have it all,

It gets to be easy,

All your desires are meant for you,

So what is it,

What is it that you are here to create in the world,

I want you to get really crystal clear on this and I want you to imagine it,

Imagine the future version of you that's already created this beautiful thing,

This thing so unimaginably amazing,

So many people respect you and adore you and look up to you for your work that you put out in the world and they thank you for it,

It has helped them in so many ways and I want you to imagine what would it feel like,

What would it feel like in your body as if you already have it,

What would you be wearing,

Where would you be,

Who would you be with right now just basking,

Basking in your success in this moment,

In this feeling,

This feeling that feels so good,

So so good,

You feel so amazing,

You feel respected,

You feel proud,

You feel passionate,

You feel like you've done something so great,

You've fulfilled your purpose here,

Just feel it in every cell in your body,

What would that feel like,

I want you to breathe into it,

Take a deep breath in,

Inhale,

Exhale release out your mouth,

Now I want you to imagine a bright beaming light shooting down from the universe,

Pouring down,

Radiating into the top of your head,

Beaming down your body and this ray,

This beam of energy shooting from the universe is pouring down into your body,

Slowly as it goes down through your head and your neck and your chest,

Filling your heart up so big,

So strong,

Down to your torso giving you the confidence,

The strength,

The power to fulfill out your deepest desires,

Down to your pelvic floor muscle making you feel safe and secure and it's vibrating every cell in your body making you feel so strong,

So powerful,

So confident,

Giving you the knowledge,

The strength,

The willpower to know that you can do this,

You will succeed,

You've got this,

You were put on here for a reason and you were meant to share your gifts with the world as you feel this energy vibrating throughout every cell in your body filling you up with energy and power,

You feel so good,

So amazing,

So grateful and now the energy floats back on through your body,

Slowly twirling around,

Sending love,

Confidence,

Power to every part of your body,

It slowly makes its way back up through your torso,

Through your heart,

Through your throat,

Back up through your head,

Shoots back out into the universe,

Sprinkling little bits of magic all around,

I want you to start to notice your body,

Your back on this beach,

All your dreams have come true,

You're sitting here on this beautiful beach laying on this towel with the sun glistening upon your body and you feel so good,

So powerful,

So strong,

I want you to take a deep breath and inhale through your nose,

Exhale release,

Let it go,

Slowly draw your attention back to your toes,

Wiggling them just a little bit,

Now to your fingertips,

Wiggling them,

Roll your wrists from side to side,

Roll your ankles,

Shrug your shoulders and gently flutter your eyelids open,

You got this,

You are amazing,

You are here,

You are put on this earth because you were meant to share your gifts for the world,

You are the divine light,

The universe is inside of you,

You are pure magic and I believe in you,

I hope you guys have a wonderful day and you unlock your purpose,

Your power and know that all your desires are meant for you and you can have it all,
