Rachel Watkins holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Health and is a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. With a strong foundation in human physiology, movement science, and holistic nutrition, she integrates evidence-based health principles with nervous system education and mind-body awareness. Over the past decade, Rachel has expanded her work to include the study of the nervous system, the cardiac brain, the vagus nerve, and the gut microbiome, translating complex science into practical, embodied understanding. Her approach bridges physical health, emotional regulation, and whole-body intelligence, offering others a grounded and integrative framework for understanding the connection between the gut, head, and heart.
