This is a meditation focused on getting the breath activated. It is meant to be very simple and easy to follow, it is about 8 minutes but is meant to feel more like 5. Again this is for a simple change in your breath. Thank you to everyone! I read the comments and reply as much as I can. I appreciate all the feedback, good/great/bad/otherwise. You are all appreciated!

What's going on everybody,

This is Quasimodo.

Peace and blessings everyone,

It's your friend here,

Loved one,

Fellow meditator,

Quasi.

And it felt like time to drop in for a meditation.

So if it's available to you to find a seat that allows your breath to be as simple as it is,

It allows your face to be as calm as it can be,

Then adopt that position for this meditation.

And if it's available to you to then let certain places that may have been held up to drop down,

Allow them to.

This could include the eyelids.

Speaking of dropping in,

You may notice that the breath has been available for you all along,

Much like turning on the radio.

When you hit that power button,

Voila,

It is already there.

And that same way,

As we tune in to the flow of our breath,

We will notice that it's already singing some sweet music.

Let's take a cycle of breath together.

If available to you,

Give yourself a big full breath in,

And an equally big exhale.

You are more than welcome to adopt any breathing style that fits you today.

My invitation is to take one breath that sounds like we're shushing out all of the noise.

From there,

You can take an inhale through the nose,

It may feel cool and sharp in context,

To a sighing exhale,

Warm and soft.

You may notice there's a natural gap between your inhalation and exhalation.

Much like the pauses in a musical phrase,

It's the space in between the notes that can truly define the music.

Notice the unique identification of each cycle of breath,

The unique ID of each breath,

Some ranging from long to short,

From big to small,

From quiet to very vibrationally loud.

On the bigger side of our breath,

We can try a flutter of the lips,

Licking the lips once,

Taking a dry swallow,

And then letting it fly.

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Let's take a big inhale,

Hold it for suspense,

Tongue out,

Lion's breath,

And then letting the breath somewhat maintain itself for a few cycles,

The calm after the storm.

We'll finish off with one more cycle,

And just want to say now thank you for taking the time,

You've been a great group.

From the support,

To the feedback,

It's all been really,

Really love,

So thank you.

Final breaths together,

Let's take a big breath in and just hold it,

Hold it at the top,

And just maybe imagine you have this ball of energy contained from the inside.

Exhale and let that breath go.

Another inhale,

Holding it at the top,

And this time take one more sip in through your mouth.

Exhale,

Let that go.

Again,

Inhale,

Hold it.

This time,

Two more sips.

Exhale,

Let that go.

Last one everyone,

Big breath in,

Hold it.

Take two more sips in through the mouth,

And then one more sniff through the nose.

Exhale the breath out.

That's the good stuff.

Peace and blessings every time everyone,

Namaste,

Ashe,

Ho home,

And much gratitude,

Amen,

Peace.

It was nice. I wasn’t expecting all the different breaths in there. I’ve never done a breath session like that before. Thank you 🙏

Feels good. I know the intro can seem strange , I was going for a “radio” theme but they made me change the picture to signify it was a radio show 😄
