Welcome to this guided meditation for third eye chakra healing.
Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Make sure that your body is at ease.
Your posture relaxed yet dignified.
Feel the contact points where your body meets the surface beneath you.
Perhaps it's your back,
Your hips or your legs.
Allow yourself to feel supported,
Grounded.
Once you are settled.
Close your eyes gently.
Focus your attention now on your breath.
Feel the natural rhythm of your inhale and exhale.
The way air softly enters your nostrils,
Journeys down into your lungs,
And then leaves your body,
Carrying away tension.
Notice the subtle rise and fall of your chest and belly with each cycle of breath.
With each inhale,
Draw in tranquility.
Imagine your body being filled with a calming energy.
With each exhale,
Release any tightness,
Any stress,
Any worries that you might be holding onto.
Let them flow out with the breath.
Feel your body start to soften.
Your muscles unwinding.
Your mind quieting.
You're not trying to change or control anything.
Simply observing.
Simply being.
Now,
Visualize roots growing from your body,
Going deep into the earth.
Feel the energy of the earth,
Solid,
Nurturing,
Grounding.
As you breathe in,
Draw this energy up into your body.
As you breathe out,
Let go of anything that no longer serves you.
Stay with this visualization and the sense of peace it brings for a few moments more.
Allow the calmness to seep into your body,
Your mind.
Bask in the sense of relaxation and well-being.
You are here,
In this moment,
Fully present with your breath.
Now that you are grounded and calm.
Will shift our attention to the center of wisdom and intuition.
The third eye chakra.
This chakra is located in the space between your eyebrows,
A beacon of indigo light.
Picture this vibrant indigo light pulsing softly in rhythm with your tranquil breath.
With every breath you draw in,
Visualize this indigo light growing brighter,
Growing stronger,
As you breathe out,
Envision this radiance spreading outwards,
Disseminating its serene energy throughout your entire being.
This light is not just illuminating,
But warming,
Bringing a sense of peace and understanding with its glow.
This is your third eye chakra,
Your space of profound insight and intuition.
It guides you beyond the physical world and into the realm of the metaphysical.
As you focus on this chakra,
Allow yourself to open up to its energy.
Allow yourself to tap into this well of wisdom that resides within you.
In this space of expanded consciousness,
You may find thoughts,
Images,
Or feelings emerging.
This is normal.
This is your intuition communicating with you.
Don't rush to interpret these messages.
Simply acknowledge them.
They are like clouds in the sky,
Coming and going without affecting the vast expanse of blue.
Each breath you take deepens your connection to your third eye chakra.
Each exhalation enhances your understanding.
You are in a state of becoming.
Becoming more aware.
More attuned to your inner self.
Stay here for a while.
Bask in the soft glow of your third eye chakra.
Feel the energy that it brings.
The wisdom that it imparts.
This is a space of profound calm and understanding.
A space where you can reconnect with your intuition.
Your innate wisdom.
Your true self.
Take a few more moments here.
Feel the calming energy of your third eye chakra.
Observe any changes in your state of mind,
Your state of being.
Note any shifts in your perceptions or understanding.
And when you feel ready.
Gently.
Gradually begin to withdraw your attention from the third eye chakra.
But as you do,
Remember this sense of calm.
This sense of understanding.
Remember that you can return to this space at any time.
That this well of wisdom is always within you,
Ready to guide you.
Now we will gently transition to the closing phase of our meditation.
Gradually,
Allow the image of the indigo light to fade away.
Gently bring your attention back to your physical body.
Feel the ground beneath you once more.
The air around you.
Notice the sounds in your environment.
The temperature of the room.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale.
Slowly open your eyes.
Carry the peace and wisdom you've cultivated during this meditation with you as you move throughout the rest of your day.
