Now extend yourself an invitation to set all the urgent parts of the world aside as you,

Find a comfortable laying down position,

Using all your favourite props for support and then closing your beautiful eyes.

Taking in a deep,

Deep breath and then feeling it escape from your mouth.

Take as many of these breaths as you need.

The reason we do breath work before our meditations is to help focus our attention inward and to reduce any scattered thoughts of the mind.

Conscious breathing also brings a sense of relief,

Allowing us to feel clear and focused.

This way you will get the most out of our meditation practices together.

As you breathe,

Watching your chest rising and falling,

Begin to visualise that as you breathe,

You embody a beautiful,

Big butterfly that moves its wings on every breath.

As you breathe and hold this vision,

Begin to consider the idea of the butterfly effect and how little actions turn to huge,

Life-changing results and how everything is truly interconnected.

The action that you are taking today,

Here,

Right now,

Even though it may not feel like it,

Is bursting with potential to have a big effect and possibly change the course of life.

Think about it this way.

If you were a pilot flying a plane and if you would wear off your planned route even just by a little bit,

By a tiny fraction,

Eventually you would end up in a completely different place than planned.

So,

This is very much the same thing.

This is the butterfly effect.

Every little action holds the power to lead to massive change.

Change that might affect not only you,

But those around you and beyond.

Feel the power of endless possibilities in this very moment.

Soften your forehead.

Your jaw.

Soften the corners of your lips.

Feel your limbs,

Your entire body to soften onto the surface.

Before we dive deeper into today's spiritual awakening experience,

Take a nourishing deep breath through your nose and just slowly allow this breath to escape through your mouth.

As this breath now settles,

Breathe naturally and feel each part of your body becoming light and carefree.

The wings of the butterfly that you saw earlier,

Feel them like a large ocean wave of relaxation from toes to your head moving through your body.

Visualise and feel that with each exhale you are releasing anything that feels sharp or tense in your physical body.

Feel how this release illuminates newfound space and lightness as you continuously let go.

Seeing the breath travel into the farthest corners of your body like a light finding illuminating anything tense,

Heavy and when it does,

It binds to it,

Picks it up,

Eliminates it as you breathe out.

Nothing needs to be perfect here.

Progressive relaxation,

Gradual awakening,

All on its own,

Perfect timing.

You are doing so well.

Now,

Call upon your innate ability to visualise and see yourself standing on a calm ocean shore,

Milky Way right above your head.

Notice a catamaran sailing gently and calmly towards you.

See yourself getting in,

Trusting that it is guided by the stars to take you where you need to go tonight.

The water is clear and so calm.

See yourself laying down on the trampoline,

The net part of the catamaran,

Splaying out generously,

Feeling relaxed here.

The boat begins to move slowly and you begin to hear the waves break soothingly as you lay back,

Looking at the countless stars above.

The boat glides,

You feel the smooth,

Soothing motion forward,

The water speaking to you underneath,

As you relax begin to feel,

To imagine that the past has been like a doze,

A dreamy slumber,

Filled with lots of visions and concepts.

And now,

You are ready to awaken,

Ready to tap into the fullness and wholeness of who you are.

Ready to awaken to see your own divine light and share it with the world.

The non-physical part of you is not separate from you,

It is the larger part of you,

The eternal part.

And laying here,

Looking at the stars,

Hearing the ocean beneath,

Relaxing,

It feels like that part of you is also part of the sky and the ocean.

The moon appears from under the cloud,

Lighting up your face and its energy activates a soothing comfort of belonging within.

You are where you are meant to be,

In fullness,

Connecting to the universe and to the divine calling on the higher part of you,

Your higher self.

See the boat approach a private island.

From a near distance,

Notice someone waiting for you,

It is the embodiment of your higher self,

The eternal part of you.

The part of you that already existed before you came to Earth and the part that will always be and it is here now,

Awaiting you.

Can you see them?

What do they look like?

You finally arrive.

As the boat stops,

You step onto the pure white sand to feel the air that is completely free of any man-made sound.

You can only hear the soothing symphony of nature.

Feel yourself breathing pristine air that fills you with vitality.

Your higher self greets you with a gentle smile and signals you to walk together to the heart of the island.

You instinctively know that they are here to nurture you with understanding and share their wisdom with you.

See yourself and your higher self taking a short path together through the island,

Admiring all that you see,

Hear and smell around you.

Your higher self brings you to the very heart of the island,

Where you can now see a sacred body tree,

BODHI tree.

It is said that many have attained enlightenment under this ancient,

Holy tree,

Including Buddha.

You stand here for a moment to admire its sacred presence and stature.

Something about this holy tree feels enchanted,

Magical,

As if the tree is listening and is aware of your presence.

Your higher self invites you to sit down under the tree.

You take the invitation and rest your back against the wise tree,

With your higher self joining you on your right.

As you lean back comfortably,

You intuitively know that the tree is being aware of your presence,

Your thoughts.

With the calm ocean in front,

The moon lighting up the path,

Your higher self by your side and the ancient holy tree supporting you,

You are in the ideal place for you to awaken to something greater than you.

I invite you to take this opportunity to set your intention for your spiritual awakening.

Set your intention now.

Feel the ocean,

The tree,

The whole universe listening,

Hearing and welcoming your intention.

Hear the ocean waves rolling in.

Feel yourself beginning to open up spiritually,

Expanding energetically,

Beginning to merge with the sacred spirit of the tree.

Feel its energy running down your spine.

See it glow through each vertebra.

Feel your feet planted firmly on the ground,

Beginning to grow energetic roots deep into the ground,

Beneath the ocean.

The ocean that is the subconscious mind of our world.

Feel the roots planting you firmly on this earth and giving you the access to the Universal Consciousness.

Feel being nurtured by the process that is taking place.

Feel positive,

Awakening energies rushing from your feet and into your body.

Feel it expanding throughout.

Feel yourself merge with the tree,

The ocean,

A deep and calm feeling coming over your whole body.

Feel your energy expand.

Acknowledge that you are awakening to something greater than you.

Now beginning to merge with your higher self,

Taking on its higher perspective.

Feel yourself connect to all that is,

To the Universal Wisdom.

Feel connect to the love and truth part of you,

The non-physical you.

Take this moment to feel,

To explore this connection with yourself,

To maybe receive ideas or even impulses or simply stay in this bliss.

The butterfly effect how small action lead to greater things and how everything is interconnected.

There is no separation.

Your spiritual awakening affects the world around you and beyond.

Feel how through this process something has been connected.

The process of spiritual awakening has been accelerated.

Take a few more moments to absorb the beauty of the energy you are feeling,

Sensing.

Now you become aware that it is time to return.

You get up from the tree and look around.

There is no one here but the ocean,

The moon and the holy tree as if this too was a dream.

But deep in your heart you feel that something has changed and that the process of spiritual awakening is real and is happening.

The higher self is within the centre of your heart and will continue to guide you not only on the way back but also through the rest of your life's journey.

See yourself step into the ocean,

Submerging your feet into the water,

Feeling reassured and grateful for the nurturing environment supporting you,

For the opportunity of this great connection and for what's to come in your future.

Also thank yourself for continuing to expose the light that is within you,

For believing that there is so much goodness to be found within that you could share that goodness with the world for the rest of your life and beyond.

The catamaran gently and smoothly arrives to the shore and you get onto the boat and travel back to where you began.

I will now count from 1 to 10 and when I reach the number 10 you will be very relaxed and very much ready to fall asleep.

You feel so relaxed and so thankful for going on this journey tonight.

You hear the sounds of the waves beneath your back,

Lulling you into deep relaxation now.

You briefly look back at the holy tree and the memories you made at that sacred place.

Your body is becoming nicely tired and very relaxed.

Positive energy that you encountered is continuing to spread through your body,

Cleansing and healing,

Relaxing and spiritually impacting your body,

Mind and soul.

The moon above you is leading you home,

Casting its soothing light on your face.

7.

Your shoulders and your arms are so very tired and super relaxed now,

But it's ok,

There is nothing left to do but to let go and begin to drift into sleep.

You are getting so close to where you began tonight's journey.

You can feel the little changes within the fabric of your soul because of tonight's experience.

The boat arrives where you began and slowly and gently you step out of the catamaran and into your bed.

You are feeling sleepy,

Relaxed,

Happy,

Content and excited about the future.

The butterfly effect has been activated and will continue to activate through powerful affirmations in a moment.

Snuggle into your pillow,

Grounding yourself back in this peaceful reality,
