This is Rasa.

Welcome to this safe space.

This space where you are free.

This space where you can be yourself and let go of any worries you have.

A space to relax and unwind.

Relax into Shavasana and let the body go.

Let the body feel released.

Welcome comfort into your body.

Softly close your eyes and go inward.

In this moment,

Acknowledge yourself just as you are.

Right now,

You are your authentic self.

You get to decide who you are.

Be at peace with yourself.

In this moment right now,

You get to show yourself unconditional love.

You get to take care of yourself.

You are at peace with yourself.

You are safe and you are loved.

Visualise yourself standing in front of a mirror.

You see your reflection looking back at you.

That person you are exploring with your eyes,

Fill them up with positivity and love.

Say to yourself,

I love you.

You are delightful.

I cherish you.

I love you.

You are worthy of happiness.

I am here for you.

With each of these words,

Believe each sentence.

Believe every single word you are telling yourself.

You are every one of these.

Slightly turn the corners of your mouth upwards.

Let the smile on your face to continue to spread across your being.

Feel the warmth that starts to course through your body.

Feel the sensation of calm.

The sensation of peace.

And most importantly,

The sensation of love.

Feel the love pouring out through your body.

The love pouring out through your heart.

Feel your heartbeat in your chest.

Inhale love and kindness.

And exhale love and kindness back out into the world.

Back to everyone.

Back to yourself.

Be so filled up with love that you radiate it beyond this practice.

Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.

Repeat quietly to yourself,

I am love.

I am light.

I am worthy of infinite compassion.

My life is filled with joy and abundance.

Happiness flows through me.

Love flows through me.

I love you and I am here for you.

Allow that sensation of warmth to move through your body.

Feel your heartbeat.

Feel the love move through your body.

Give yourself the time and space to love yourself.

Give yourself the appreciation that you deserve.

Appreciate yourself for taking the time to come to this space.

For taking time to take care of you.

Let self-love continue to course through your body.

Let self-love live within you.

Remember to put yourself at the top of your to-do list.

Live in this beauty of yourself.
