Believe each sentence.
Believe every single word you are telling yourself.

Slightly turn the corners of your mouth upwards.
Let the smile on your face to continue to spread across your being.
Feel the warmth that starts to course through your body.
Feel the sensation of calm.
The sensation of peace.
And most importantly,
The sensation of love.
Feel the love pouring out through your body.
The love pouring out through your heart.
Feel your heartbeat in your chest.
Inhale love and kindness.
And exhale love and kindness back out into the world.

Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.

I am love.

Allow that sensation of warmth to move through your body.
Feel your heartbeat.
Feel the love move through your body.

For taking time to take care of you.
