Now splay out on your bed as if you have the biggest king size bed taking up so much space.
Or curl up in a way that makes you feel so cosy and almost sleepy right away.
Either way,
Let your body fall loose,
Feel comfortable and safe.
Slow down the fluttering of the eyes.
Notice the breath.
Notice its length.
Or simply ask yourself how do I adjust my breath or my body so I can experience a better sleep.
Follow the instinct you receive.
If nothing needs adjusted,
Just relax where you are.
Remove anything lingering around your heart and belly.
Any heaviness,
Just simply visualise it coming in contact with your breath and becoming glowing light within.
Making you lighter.
Relax.
Let your breath synchronise with your heart in a coherent rhythm.
Think of two things you are thankful for today.
Will it evoke positive emotions?
Lovely.
Feel any part of the body where it's quite warm.
Now feel that warmth to melt you gently.
Feel into it.
Connect with the heat.
And it is as if the invisible fog from the heat is lifting up.
So does any tension.
You feel looser.
You feel lighter.
You feel like you are slowly melting.
And your feet are getting submerged in a warm water as if you stepped into a warm bath.
The warmth touches your toes.
Moving up the arches of your feet.
Into ankles.
Warmth moving up your legs.
Your knees.
Moving up and relaxing the hips now and your whole lower part of your body.
Warming,
Melting.
The heat moving up your arms.
Hands.
And shoulders.
Feel your body giving in and dripping down with deep relaxation now.
Your neck warming up.
Muscles melting.
Your face letting go and feeling the warmth travelling across the cheeks.
Lips.
Forehead.
Eyes so warm and relaxed.
Feel them being so relaxed now.
Temples letting go now as well.
Your whole head relaxing now.
Feel your whole face move into a peaceful and wonderful state.
The intelligence that created the body is now restoring the body in its natural state as you simply relax and allow.
Feel your cells to drink up this relaxation.
Feel the relaxation to be as the elixir of wellbeing.
Flowing right here and now.
You can just relax and let go.
Fall asleep.
All is really well.
Your body can relax now.
You can relax now.
No need to do anything.
Everything is flowing.
Everything is working for you.
Feel the warmth hugging you from the inside out.
Things are fleeting yet you are here.
Grounded.
Still.
Relaxed in the tonight's story of dissolving.
