Close your beautiful eyes and begin to gently guide your awareness to your breath.
Allow your lungs to breathe with no effort on your part.
Feel a sense of ease in your body as you relax your shoulders,
Face and jaw.
Melt deeply into this present moment.
It is ok to let go and rest.
There is a divine being in all of us that is connected to the infinite source of all that is.
It is the very essence of pure love,
Compassion and wisdom and it contains all the knowledge and understanding of the infinite cosmos.
Gradually move your awareness to the small point between your eyebrows.
Beneath your eyelids allow your eyes to draw slightly up and in towards this spot.
This point is your third eye and the centre for awakening.
It is here where you will connect to your higher self and access the wisdom within.
Feel deeply this intention.
I allow myself this moment of stillness to hear the eternal part of me and align with my higher self.
Allow yourself to be open and receive.
Here comes a voice that doesn't use words.
Listen attentively with your heart,
It is calling to you now.
Visualise yourself drifting along deep into a peaceful void until you come upon a liquid barrier resembling water,
Glimmering with sunlight.
Observe yourself in its shimmering,
Wavering reflection and begin to look through yourself to the other side.
Your vision expands past and you push through this liquid barrier and beyond.
There are golden dew drops and twinkling lights surrounding you,
Reminiscent of stars and galaxies.
Feelings of spaciousness and serenity envelop your senses,
Sending waves of tingling down your spine and along your skin.
You begin to see a large golden light ahead,
Growing near.
Eventually,
The brilliance of this divine light fills your vision and you feel yourself become pure bliss in its presence.
You curiously marvel at the formation of light,
A solar angel,
Its golden aura containing a fragmented spectrum of magnificent pastel-coloured hues.
You recognise yourself as a colossal,
Luminous and divinely lit face,
Gazing down at yourself.
Emanating peace,
A loving and wise expression,
Graced with a gentle smile.
You feel so tiny in comparison and yet so precious and safe as your higher self gazes at you with eyes of golden stardust.
Sunlight peeking through the eyelashes and casting streaks of golden light towards you.
In its presence,
You feel its profound knowingness,
Its connectedness to everything across lifetimes and people and universes.
The being closes its eyes and the space between their eyebrows begins to produce a beam of swirling,
Glittering light that extends out to you.
Soften and prepare yourself to accept and receive its wisdom.
Feel the warmth stream in through your third eye and melt throughout your body,
Intertwining your deepest depths with this being and downloading its wisdom.
Take this moment in the connection with your higher self to simply connect in stillness or to communicate something that you want to know.
As you bask in this newfound knowledge and experience,
You settle into deep,
Tranquil state.
With this realized wisdom,
You feel yourself overflowing with confidence and self-love.
Feel yourself flushed and warmed by this divine energy.
The being of light fades as you slowly and gently guide it back home.
As you draw your eyes heavenbound,
You can still see that being a mile high in the sky,
Its loving gaze shining down on you.
Rest in the soothing knowing that you are always,
Existing in this other form,
Infinite and boundless and connected with everything.
If you simply look and listen attentively,
You can connect to your eternal self.
You don't have to become something,
You are already it.
All you have to do is see it.
Always remember who you are.
You are the purest form of light.
