Welcome to your guided meditation.

Today our meditation practice will help you cleanse your energy from your body and mind and in return raise your vibration before leading you into a rejuvenating night's sleep.

There is a famous quote by Nikola Tesla,

It says,

If you want to find the secrets of the universe think in terms of energy,

Frequency and vibration.

And tonight's meditation practice is all about your energy,

Frequency and vibration.

These are thoughts,

Emotions and beliefs that reside in our minds and bodies,

Either moving us forward in a positive way or obstructing our positive outcomes that otherwise would be possible.

This is your opportunity to allow yourself to let go of any excess baggage,

Release anxiety,

Stress and responsibilities,

Heavy energy or toxic attachments and then simply drift into a deep,

Very calm and very relaxed sleep.

This is a transformative practice that you can do anytime you feel your energy is off or when you need to feel your purest self to return to the core,

To return home.

So,

Before we begin,

Make sure that your alarm,

If needed,

Is set,

Notifications are turned off and that you are comfortable in your laying down sleeping position,

Using whatever blankets and pillows you need for support tonight.

This is a time to support your own needs,

To help you ease any heaviness and create a temple of peace and harmony within.

Give your body an opportunity to loosen and relax,

Letting go as each moment passes.

Now gently close your beautiful eyes and begin to soften,

Your jaw,

Your forehead.

Begin to feel your muscles expand like a puddle.

The borders of where you begin and end now begin to blur as you relax deeper with each moment.

That thing or task that might be echoing in the back of your mind,

Tell yourself that you are setting it aside for now and that you will tend to it tomorrow.

For now,

Allow yourself to surrender to this very moment as you begin to focus on your soft breath,

Breathing in and out,

Through your nose,

In your comfortable,

Natural rhythm.

Nothing needs to change here,

Just observe each breath to unfold,

Breath by breath,

Moment by moment,

Sinking into the present moment,

Into your bed,

Into the cozy darkness behind your beautiful eyes.

Find something that anchors you in your rhythm of relaxation.

It may be your heartbeat,

It may be your breath or any other sensation or sound you are connecting to at this moment.

Take a moment to connect to this anchor and,

When any thoughts begin to distract you,

Use your anchor to return,

To become present once again.

For this practice,

Staying present and compassionate towards your feelings and tonight's experience is what will make this practice the most effective.

The idea of carrying negative energies within can spike feelings of self-resentment,

Shame or even guilt.

These feelings are completely natural and these feelings may be present because we may have avoided to clearly bring what we carry into the light,

To see it illuminated,

To honour the lessons it provided and set it free.

To set free not only the negative energy but also the feelings that surround it,

Anything that no longer serves its purpose.

So,

Set your intention of compassion,

Patience and love towards yourself and your experience tonight.

Now,

Lengthen your spine and ask all your muscles to just surrender to the surface and relax.

Continuing to blur the edges of your body,

Bringing your mind to your anchor.

As you begin to relax deeper,

Take a few deeper breaths at your own pace and you might release these breaths with a soft sigh and then just continue to breathe naturally,

Sinking into the relaxation,

Floating into softness,

Surrendering into the calmness of the peaceful night.

You may even say to yourself,

I surrender,

I surrender.

Keep relaxing and keep sinking deeper.

Now,

Bring your attention to the crown of your head.

Feel it being relaxed,

Feel it opening,

Connecting to the Universal Consciousness.

Intend to be open to the experience and any wisdom that you might find useful at this time in your life,

To be able to flow freely to you.

Relax your neck and feel your crown open.

Feel a positive frequency of the Universe flowing into your consciousness.

Say to yourself,

I am open,

I am open to transformation.

Now,

Ground yourself,

Using your anchor once more,

Before we begin to deepen the process of clearing the energy and transformation with the support of visualization.

In the creative centre of your mind,

Visualise yourself standing in a warm and beautiful desert.

It is sunset time.

The air is so pleasant.

The silence is inviting.

There's no one here but you,

Symbolising the significance of your solo journey of change.

A gentle,

Warm breeze blows by,

Carving smooth ripples of sand around you.

Inhale the air and breathe it out.

As you do,

The sand blows and a solid path appears before you.

A pleasant surprise to make your journey effortless.

Begin to step forward,

Weaving through the sand dunes as you walk.

Leading with your open heart,

Anticipating where the path might take you.

As the sun finally sets and the sky is painted in colourful clouds,

See yourself come up and over a bigger sand dune.

And as you do,

A mesmerising view extends before you.

A fairytale green oasis with a turquoise lake in the middle.

The path you are walking is taking you right to it.

Move calmly and gently towards the tropical oasis.

Feel a touch of breeze on your skin and your feet caressing the warm,

Sandy path.

This is your getaway.

The opportunity to cleanse and to reset.

Your space where you can completely cleanse your mind,

Your body and soul.

To feel brand new.

As you walk,

Feel any tension rolling off your shoulders.

The oasis is calling you.

You arrive at the entrance.

Notice there is an embroidered shawl hanging for you on the branch of a tree.

See yourself picking it up and wrapping it around your shoulders.

And as you do,

Feel immediately comforted.

Like someone is giving you a living hug of compassion.

Full of tender support.

A wave of ease and relaxation pulses through your shoulders,

Neck and back,

All the way down into your spine.

Relaxed and happy,

Walk into the oasis,

Seeing the lake in the far distance,

Displaying the colourful sky that is getting turned into colours purple and indigo.

In the closer distance,

Notice a stone fire pit with flaming,

Cosy fire,

Sending dancing sparks into the cosmos.

The stars are getting brighter by the moment.

Snuggle your shoulders into the shawl and move towards the fire.

As you come closer,

You see a human figure.

They are sitting,

Facing the fire,

Adding wood to the fire pit,

And clearly waiting for your arrival.

You realise that this friendly human was the one who left the warming shawl for you.

One that's around your shoulders,

Providing soothing comfort and warmth.

It is so quiet and peaceful here.

It feels like a truly sacred space.

There is a soft cushion near the fire prepared for you.

A herbal tincture,

A drum and other things,

All set and prepared for your ceremony of cleansing and transformation.

The word Shaman is connected to the meaning to know.

Same as the universe knows everything there is to know about you,

This spiritual person in front of you is connected to that infinite knowledge of the universe.

They compassionately acknowledge the journey that has led you here tonight.

And with a gentle smile,

They invite you to relax now and to allow them to lead the ceremony.

Your eyes focus on the fire,

Or perhaps you wish to close them.

The silence breaks with a gentle drumming of the Shaman.

Hear it and feel it beating.

The rhythm of the drums brings out the energy of self-acknowledgement.

A primal feeling of seeing the self just as you are.

No mask.

No pretending.

Seeing your own soul,

Your heart,

In full view.

Feeling any feelings that come up.

And perhaps you can see these feelings as energy reflected in the fire.

Feelings of joy or wonder.

Maybe feelings of guilt or shame.

Any memories that speak to you tonight.

Perhaps connections of love or draining or even toxic energetic links in your life.

Whatever the feelings and visuals are,

Hear the drumming of the Shaman and feel,

See the emotions,

Visions to come up and to be reflected in the flames of the fire.

Approach this part of the ceremony with greater self-compassion and love.

Spend some time noticing what is being lifted from your body,

Mind and spirit at this moment.

See the reflections of the feelings and stories within the flames.

Hear the Shaman complete the drumming and with the last beat,

All the reflections of the feelings risen,

They turn to spark and trail up into the cosmos,

Joining the stars.

The Shaman extends their hands,

Holding a small bowl with a herbal tincture tea.

They recognize your willingness to face your shadow self.

They see your desire to feel pure and wholesome.

The herbal drink is the gift from the enchanting oasis,

Its healing plants and flowers.

Take the bowl and hold it in your hands.

When you are ready,

Take as many sips as you like and feel the spirit of the oasis cleanse and heal your mind,

Body and soul.

Now feel some gentle gusts of air on your shoulders.

Smell deeply grounding herbs burning,

Emitting an aroma that immediately brings your mind at ease.

The Shaman has lit,

Dried sacred herbs and is holding a large feather,

Moving the smoke all around your body.

Cleansing it and repeating sacred mantra to remove any left over negative energies and attachments.

Everything redundant and no longer useful moves out of your body and together with the herbal smoke lifts up into the sky.

Spend a few moments in this sacred part of the ceremony.

The Shaman lets you know that your energy has now been cleansed.

You may now continue your journey and there is one thing left to do and perhaps you subconsciously even know what this is.

It's the crystal clear lake awaiting you.

You stand up and before you leave,

Express your thankfulness to the Shaman.

They bow back to you and gift you a soft,

Reassuring smile.

With your heart full and your energy light as a feather,

Through a path decorated in the most beautiful oasis flowers,

You walk towards the lake.

The lake reflects the face of the full moon that looks ten times bigger tonight,

Illuminating the water,

Decorating it with soft silver and white ripples.

It is as if the moon and the water are here just for you.

Just for tonight's ceremony.

With its full energy out,

Clear and grand,

Step closer to the water.

Notice your reflection.

You are looking lighter,

Appearing more radiant.

Reach your hands into the water,

Scooping up the sacred waters.

It is so clear and healing.

You could drink it.

Perhaps you wash your face.

Or perhaps you step into the water and swim under the moonlight.

Either way,

Feel this pure and positively charged water on your face,

Your body.

Soak in it and feel your energy become crystal clear.

Your soul shine and your entire being radiate clear frequency.

This is the final step of your ceremony.

Use the next few moments to take in the gifts of the radiant moon and the crystal lake of the oasis.

Sense how since the first step of the cleansing ceremony something has been released and how the process of deep cleansing and transformation has taken place.

This shift has already begun.

Absorb the beauty of the lake as you step back to take it all in.

Wrapping your soft shawl around the shoulders,

You notice that back at the fire,

The shaman is still there,

Like a guardian angel.
