And from this empowered place,
Make a request for a message or guidance from your Higher Self.
You can make this a daily practice.
You can do it sitting or on a meditative walk.
You can do it at the beginning of your day or right before bed.
Begin by settling your attention on the breath.
Take a full deep inhale and a full deep exhale.
Again,
A full long inhale and a full long exhale.
Now bring your attention to the base of the spine,
Your root energy center.
Take a deep breath in and exhale from your root chakra,
Releasing old energies.
Inhale into the base of the spine,
Fresh energy,
Fresh prana.
Exhale from the second energy center,
Sacral chakra,
Releasing old energies.
Inhale into the second energy center,
Fresh energy,
Chi,
Prana.
Exhale from the third energy center,
Solar plexus,
Release stagnant energies.
Inhale into the third energy center,
Fresh energy.
Exhale from the fourth energy center,
Heart chakra,
Release old energies.
Inhale into the fourth energy center,
Fresh energy,
Chi.
Exhale from the fifth energy center,
Throat chakra,
Release old energies.
Inhale into the throat chakra,
Fresh energy,
Prana energy.
Exhale from the sixth energy center,
Third eye,
Release old energies.
Inhale into the third eye energy center,
Fresh energy,
Prana.
Exhale from the top of the head energy center,
Crown chakra,
Release old energies.
Exhale into the crown energy center,
Fresh energy,
Prana energy.
Now visualize a ball of glowing white light about 18 inches above your head.
See it sending a beam of white light into the crown chakra,
Energizing and purifying the center with divine light and love.
Send the beam of light moving down into the third eye center,
Energizing and purifying this center with divine light,
Love.
Send the beam of light moving down into the throat center,
Energizing and purifying this energy center with divine light,
Love.
Send the beam of light moving down into the heart center,
Energizing and purifying this center with divine light,
Love.
See the beam of light moving down into the solar plexus center,
Energizing and purifying this center with divine light,
Love.
See the beam moving down into the sacral center,
Energizing and purifying this center with divine light,
Love.
See the beam of light moving down into the base of the spine,
Energizing and purifying this center with divine light,
Love.
Now allow the white love light to expand all around the body in the shape of a four-sided pyramid.
See the love light in front of you,
In back of you,
To the right of you,
To the left of you.
A pyramid of white light surrounding you.
The bottom is open.
Now from the earth below,
See a beam of golden light coming up through the feet,
Up the legs to the root chakra,
Filling it with golden light,
Moving to the sacral center,
Golden light,
Up to the solar plexus center,
Filled with golden light,
Moving to the heart center,
Golden light,
Throat center,
Golden light,
Third eye center,
Filled with brilliant golden light,
Up to the crown of the head,
Dazzling golden light.
See the golden light expanding from all centers to fill the pyramid shape,
Mixing with a bright white light,
And now a shimmering golden white radiance,
Luminous and radiating.
Dressed in this bliss energy of golden white love light.
From here,
Ask for a message from your higher self,
From your guides,
Your over soul,
From God,
From source,
From whatever name resonates with you.
Request a message.
With faith and trust,
Know that the answer will manifest and is on its way to you.
It may come now or later when the time is right.
Be open to receive the answer.
Retain an opening for the answer throughout your day or in your dreams.
Now come back to the sensations of being in a physical body,
Aware of the environment surrounding you,
And go forward with light love,
Love light.
