Welcome to this Heart Chakra Opening Meditation.
Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.
Focus on your breath.
Notice how your chest is rising and falling with every breath in and every breath out.
Allow yourself to slow down in your mind and in your body and your breath will help you do that.
This is your time to just be and to focus on your heart.
So with every breath in,
Breathe in calmness and peace and with every breath out release any worries,
Any problems that might be bothering you in your life right now.
They are all gone.
This time is your time to take care of yourself and your well-being.
Take another deep breath in and when you breathe out,
I want you to release everything that might be a destruction right now.
The last bits of any negative thoughts that you might have.
And once you did that,
Bring your attention to your heart.
You can imagine getting into a lift and travelling from your mind down to your heart.
And once you get there,
Make yourself comfortable in this temple of your heart.
Feel its energy.
Feel the limitless capacity to love that you have.
And with every breath in,
Imagine how this energy of your heart is filling you up and expanding.
And with every breath out,
Imagine how this field of the energy of love around you is also expanding.
So with every breath in,
You are filling yourself up with more love,
Kindness and compassion.
And with every breath out,
You are sharing love,
Kindness and compassion with the outside world.
I will give you a minute now to focus on this practice,
Breathe in even more love,
Kindness and compassion towards yourself and breathe out these qualities to share them with the world.
And now imagine how this field of energy of this beautiful loving energy is expanding even more,
Spreading around your country,
Your continent and even around the whole planet.
And feel the connection with everything that there is through this unconditional love that you just connected to in every cell of your body.
Behave yourself in this energy of unconditional love.
You are loved and you are safe.
All is well.
And now slowly and gently bring your attention back to your breath.
Notice how your chest is rising and falling with every breath in and every breath out.
Bring your awareness back to your body and reconnect with the present moment.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes and enjoy the rest of your day.
