In this meditation, we will practice conscious breathing that will bring us into the present moment. It is within this space that we begin to connect with our truth and discover who we are beyond this physical form. When we become present, we truly discover the sacred union within and come HOME.

Transcript

Hello beautiful souls.

Allow yourself to find a nice tall comfortable seat.

And as you arrive,

Place your right hand on your belly,

Left hand on your heart.

Then very subtly close the eyes,

Soften your jaw,

Relax the facial muscles,

Allow the shoulders to drop away from the ears,

And take a full deep breath in through your nose,

Open the mouth,

Let it out,

Allow yourself to fully arrive.

Feel yourself connecting to the outer sounds.

Perhaps there's traffic out in the street,

Maybe there's rain falling outside the window.

As you connect to those outer sounds,

We bring ourself to presence,

And within that presence,

We allow ourself to drop in internally to be the subtle observer of our inner landscape within us.

Start to feel and connect to the inner sounds,

The sound of your heartbeat,

The sound of your breath,

The sound of your body stabilizing and grounding into this stillness.

We have an opportunity to be introspective,

Diving inside,

And finding a place of observing,

Feeling,

Listening,

And allowing.

When we become that deep listener is when we become aware of things that we're holding onto that no longer serve us and our highest and greatest good,

For this is our opportunity to let go of those pieces and to create space within,

To start to bring in and manifest everything that you're wanting in this life.

Remember you deserve it.

Remember you're beautiful,

Loved,

And worthy of it.

Remember that you don't always have to be the giver,

So allow yourself to receive today.

Receive all divine guidance that's here for you today.

Receive all the innate gifts that live and breathe inside of you today,

Knowing that you can always retreat back to this place of observation,

Of feeling,

Of listening,

Of allowing.

I'm truly blessed to have stumbled upon this meditation. I've recently started SSRI medication to help regulate my brain chemistry and I was nervous. The past couple of days I felt numb and my ambition was minimal. This morning I returned home after a short run at 6am and decided to meditate too. Your meditation caught my eye and once I started the session...I felt something. You told me to put my hand on my heart and the other on my belly. Soon, I felt tears. They just poured over me and I can't thank you enough. You gave me hope. The hope that I am moving in a good direction and that I can still feel my emotions. You made my day :)
