A meditation to call in a softening to all parts of your being. This meditation will bring you a sense of peace and physical calming to the body. This variation of a body scan meditation works through the physical and energetic feilds by calling in the chakras and inviting in balance and healing. Enjoy!

You Taking a moment to find your comfortable seat Allowing your body to settle in Maybe rolling your shoulders a couple of times Opening and closing your jaw Moving your neck side to side Allowing your body to settle in to soften Allowing your eyes to soften and come to a close if that feels comfortable for you today And together let's take a long slow deep breath in Gentle exhale out Gentle exhale out And allowing for a moment Just to follow your breath Inhale Subtle exhale Knowing there's no good bad right wrong in this space Just witnessing the breath for a moment however it looks for you right now Then bringing your awareness up to the top of your head This space known as the crown chakra Right where a crown would sit at the top of your head And inviting into this space any healing any balancing that would like to occur During this meditation And then seeing if you can soften this space Just a little A subtle softening of the top of your head And bringing your awareness to the center of your forehead Third eye chakra Again inviting in any healing any balancing that would like to occur here And allowing this space to just soften a bit Bringing your awareness to your eyebrows allowing them to soften Your eyes softening Nose Cheeks Lips Jaw All softening Back of the head Softening Ears Softening Back of the neck Center of the throat,

Throat chakra Allowing this space to soften While inviting in any healing any balancing that would like to occur here Shoulders Softening Upper arms Softening Softening Elbows Forearms Wrists All softening Top of the hands Palm of the hands Bringing awareness to each finger Then allowing it all to soften Back to your wrists Softening Forearms Elbows Upper arms all softening Shoulders Upper back Allowing it to soften Allowing it to soften Center of your chest,

Heart chakra Bringing your awareness to this space Allowing it to soften Inviting in to this heart chakra Any healing,

Any balancing that would like to occur Middle of your back Softening Solar plexus area,

Solar plexus chakra Softening Inviting again any healing,

Any balancing that would like to occur in this space Mid back Softening Belly button Softening Womb space Sacral chakra about two inches below your navel Allowing this area to soften Inviting in any healing,

Any balancing that would like to occur in this space Low back Allowing this to soften End of your tailbone,

Base of your body,

Root chakra Allowing this space to soften Inviting in any healing,

Any balancing that would like to occur here Bringing your awareness to your hips,

Allowing them to soften To your glutes Softening Back of the thighs Softening Front of the thighs Softening To your knees,

Allowing them to soften Back of the knees Softening Shins Calfs Ankles All softening Top of the feet Bottom of the feet Bringing awareness to each toe Allowing it all to soften Then bringing your awareness to the entire left side of your body Left side of your face,

Left arm,

Left body,

Left leg This divine feminine side of you Allowing it all on this left side to soften Then bringing your awareness to the entire right side of your body This divine masculine side of you Right side of the face,

Right body,

Right arm,

Right leg And inviting in a softening here Then bringing your awareness to your entire body at once Your divine self And allowing it all to soften Maybe taking a moment here to scan the body one more time Any areas of constriction,

Just allowing them to soften just a bit Just subtly And taking a moment here in this space to send yourself some gratitude for showing up to do this practice For how far you've come on this journey Send yourself some love And some gratitude today Maybe even telling yourself how proud you are of yourself,

Of the work that you've done This is not the easy path,

But it's one that ripples And brings a healing to not only ourselves,

But to all those around us Trust in that Long slow deep breath in Big exhale out And allowing yourself to just follow your breath one more time Being aware of the inhales and the exhales,

The miracle of it all And then when you're ready and when it's comfortable for you Ever so gently reopening your eyes
