Part 1 - The Substance Of Thought And Meditation
by occult life
In this conversation, I speak with you on the substance of how thought comes into being in connection with the four elements and more. I also give you my point of view of how to be silent and peaceful within your meditation which can be applied to your waking state. This conversation goes into the realm of metaphysics which is really the realm of nature.
Transcript
Hello everyone,
What's up?
I hope everyone is well and of course literally doing well.
I'm very happy and actually doing these continued conversations that I call on esoteric principles or you know I really call it basically the principles of nature because regardless of what you're into,
If it's astrology,
Meditation,
Kabbalah,
Any forms of so-called spiritual practices that you basically are dealing with on a mundane level or on basically a spiritual level and of course I refer to the mundane as in of course going to work,
Eating,
Communicating with people,
Whatever it might be,
We are all dealing with one thing and that's of course the realms of nature.
Of course nature,
We go back to the ancient words of nature which is the Niteru which is the deities from ancient of course black Egypt which is where you get the word Niteru,
Nature,
Natural principles.
So essentially what we're really speaking about within the realms of what I'm speaking about today which is thought and of course meditation,
We are essentially trying to go back into the realms of nature where we all are actually literally from and where we all thrive in.
When we are in our natural environment,
When we have pure air,
Pure food,
Pure water,
Silence and there's of course no artificial noise from mobile phones,
Arguments,
People crying,
People shouting,
The city life basically.
The mind becomes quiet,
Balanced and now you are basically rooted in nature and of course you are also rooted basically in of course health.
Moving forward I also wanted to say I'm not a guru,
I'm not an authority figure,
I'm not a teacher,
I'm merely just a speaker that's speaking and having a conversation with literally you.
It's not about me,
It's about of course you.
I'm here to serve the people and of course the community.
So whatever I say in these future conversations I ask that of course everyone use their common sense,
Critical thinking,
Awareness and of course observation of what I'm saying and of course think,
Don't just clap your hands,
Don't just say yes he's right.
Do the work for yourself and that will set you literally of course free and the reason I say this also is because we are all conditioned every single day from friends,
Families,
Authority figures,
Gurus,
Imams,
Bishops,
Rabbis.
People get conditioned every single moment of their days through of course what we've been fed since we were a kid in regards to where we are currently now but once you understand the observation of that conditioning you can now move forward and bypass the conditioning to a degree.
So you know it's there but your awareness will tell you how to move through it and your awareness will show you how your thoughts,
Time,
Memory and experiences has been rooted and conditioned by an authority figure that's told you this is the way to walk,
Think,
Meditate,
Speak,
Whatever you want to call it.
And that's essentially where we want to move from,
We want to move from the authority figure and basically allow the mind to figure it out literally for itself as J.
Krishnamurti once said if there was not imams,
Religious figures,
Authority figures in general,
No outside stimulants,
No drugs,
No alcohol,
Not TV,
What would you do?
How would you figure it out?
And the question to the answer is you would have to figure it out for yourself and in that figuring it out,
In that observation of one's mind,
One's inner dynamic,
One's spirit,
One's soul we move forward basically without being conditioned by authority figures and so forth.
So with that being said let's get into the topic of of course thought and of course of meditation.
So I want to break it very easily in regards to thought and to meditation.
So how does thought come to be?
On a basic level.
So let's say you meet somebody for the first time,
You see them,
You meet them and as you're about to meet them,
Sorry,
You have an observation of them meaning there's no thought there,
It's just you look at them,
You observe them.
Within your observation of that particular person it's a clean template,
A blank template.
When the person starts to talk,
Walk,
Speak,
You know it could be also the cologne they're wearing,
The perfume they're wearing,
It could be the words they say that have moved you,
The hand gestures,
Wherever it might be,
You now basically experience that person and through your experiences you may also judge of course that person.
Now through the experience,
That experience basically is,
That experience gets now imprinted basically into the mind and it gets catalogued as time,
Memory,
Thought and of course knowledge.
So that observation that was clean is now tainted with the fifth element which is time which basically holds the knowledge,
Memory and of course thought and of course knowledge and experience of that particular person.
So when you see this person again,
Let's say it could be a week later,
A month later,
You will always see that person through how thought tells you to see that person because your thoughts are in the past,
They're not in the present or in the future because every time you think,
You now basically think of course in the past.
So that observation of that person becomes tainted,
You can never see that person again for what they truly are unless of course you get into the realms of observation and this goes into of course even in regards to nature,
In regards to seeing a tree,
An apple,
Whatever it might be,
Everything that you see right now in front of you as we speak is catalogued as time,
Memory,
Knowledge,
Thought,
Experience.
Memory,
Knowledge,
Thought and of course the past.
So now when you basically see that particular person,
We did say again you view them in the past but now basically when you observe that person,
When you look at that person once again and you look at them and you observe them with no emotional attachment,
No judgement to what they've said or done to you,
No disagreeing or of course agreeing,
No emotional attachment whatsoever,
You just observe them and through the observation what happens is the thoughts become quieter,
The mind becomes still,
Still and now basically what do you have as Krishna Murti would say,
You have the observer being yourself looking at the observed which is that person.
So what we're basically saying so we all understand the situation is it's two images looking at one another,
There's no time,
There's no memory,
There's no experience,
There's no thought,
It's two images looking at one another and that's pretty much how you dissolve,
That's how you dissolve of course literally thought.
Now to take it just a step deeper,
As we basically said when you have that particular experience with somebody,
When you observe them for the first time,
When you meet them for the first time,
When you have something to eat for the first time,
What you're actually doing is also through that experience,
You experience them through the breath.
Now everything that you do is ignited by the breath,
Now the breath I'm speaking about you know you're breathing in and out the breath of literally life,
The breath basically is the fuel for the body,
It's been proven that when you go into the body it's nothing but empty space,
Your atoms are 99.
999999 empty space meaning the only thing that feeds your atoms and your life and your life force is the breath and of course the energy and the light of the sun.
So when you meet that person for the first time you're like wow,
Through the breath you now,
What you've actually done is,
Before you take that first breath you have the four elemental forces,
Fire,
Earth,
Air,
Wind,
Fire,
Earth,
Air and water.
So the four elemental forces are around you all the time,
So when you have an experience with that particular person,
You're like wow they're very fiery or they motivate you.
So the motivation and the intent and that spark to move forward,
Pardon me,
Is fire.
So you take a bit of fire,
That fire now goes into the breath,
Circulates into the mind and now you have a thought signature that is combined with the fire element.
If this person makes you feel emotional,
Either happy emotional or very sad,
It's water.
If they're stimulating you basically with that just intellect,
It's air because air you're dealing with communication.
If it's basically earth,
They make you feel very calm and grounded or they make you feel so neutral and so just dwelling and down you can't move because you're so,
You are expressing that the unbalanced aspect of the earth element being just being stagnated,
Not being able to move.
That's basically earth.
So anytime you also have an emotional reaction,
When you're,
As an example,
Someone annoys you right and make you cry,
You take,
You breathe it in and you take,
What do you call it,
You take the water element in,
Circulates into the blank template of the mind,
Becomes a thought of the water element and you basically start to cry and you cry the water element out or it's anger and then you basically get hot,
You know,
Or you become so agitated basically.
Because it's the air element,
You know,
You become so stubborn or just so constipated in hate that you can't even move to a degree because that person has caused so much hatred towards you that it's caused it to be so stagnated and so firm and so dense.
It's of course,
Earth.
So the four elemental forces basically play a big role because they are the,
They are the,
The rubrics of manifestation.
The reason I don't use the word creation because creation means something out of nothing,
Which basically,
In my personal opinion,
Cannot be.
Everything in life has a process for a baby to be born,
A man and woman get together,
You have the sperm that goes into the vagina,
You have that process,
Then you have nine months and the baby comes out.
Everything around you has a metaphysical occult principle process,
Literally to it.
Then the same thing with your thoughts.
So all of that to basically say everything in the universe is connected as one,
Period.
There is no separation,
There is no division,
There is no fragmentation,
Everything is basically one.
So just giving you that,
That concept basically of the four elemental forces just to take and with the breath to take you deeper basically in showing you how basically you create your heaven or your hell.
So when you're in a calm state,
The elemental forces are calm and balanced within you.
When you're in a chaotic state,
Basically,
They are unbalanced and is how you basically get disease and illness.
When you think on the lower vibration,
Your energy drops,
Your vibration drops and you obviously,
And if you don't or didn't know,
You get sick and then you just break down.
So that's the little,
That's one thing I wanted to throw in there just to make you aware of that particular principle.
Now,
Taking all of that to one side,
We go into the realms of course of meditation.
So in the realms of meditation,
You know,
Meditation is a point of stillness.
Meditation is inner peace.
Meditation is for you to be balanced.
Meditation is for you to be just quiet,
Still,
Have everything within the body basically running as one.
Being,
You're supposed to be harmony.
But in a nutshell,
People meditate too of course because they want to have a still mind.
Now,
This is what meditation,
This is how,
This is the way to go into your meditation and acquire basically stillness.
Basically stillness and peace.
So,
When you go into your meditation,
You close your eyes and you go into your meditation.
Now,
What's going to happen is as soon as you close your eyes and you start to breathe and you try to relax yourself,
You're going to have rampant thoughts rushing into the mind,
Like just rushing into the mind.
Now,
What they tell you to do is when you have basically thoughts running into the mind,
Some people will say you have to use mantras.
Some people will say focus on one thought so the other thought basically disappears.
Some people will say,
You know,
Concentrate on one thought and block the other thought out.
Some people will say focus on your chakras,
Focus on this,
Do this and then basically the mind will become quiet.
So,
This is the thing with me.
If you're going into meditation to still the mind and what you're actually doing when you're doing the things that I just said in regards to focusing on your thoughts and so forth,
So I lost my train of thought,
You're actually adding to the mind because you're using thought and as we said,
Thought basically is in the past.
It's time,
Memory and knowledge.
So,
Every time you think in your meditation to do anything,
Focus,
Whatever you want to call it,
You're using time,
Memory and knowledge,
Thought.
So,
You're caught up in thought,
So your meditation is pointless,
It doesn't work and the reason it doesn't work is because you're focalising so much energy to try and stop these thoughts from coming at you.
But they get stronger because the more you feed them,
The bigger they get.
So,
I asked the question,
If meditation is a point of stillness,
Why are you adding more to the mind?
A mantra basically is to dissolve,
The ancient word for mantra is to dissolve from what I heard.
Now,
If you're repeating a mantra in the mind,
You're using knowledge,
You're using time,
Memory and thought and if you're using a mantra in just the awakening state,
You're utilising thought.
My point is the mind becomes mechanical,
So you're adding more to the mind.
So,
The mind isn't at peace and when you're in your meditation,
You're focusing,
You're trying to move this,
You're trying to focus,
Trying to stop your thinking,
You're adding friction,
Fragmentation,
You're destroying the mind because you're adding more to it.
So,
This is what I say,
If anyone is telling you that meditation,
You have to say this and do this and focus on this,
It's not meditation because how can you be meditating if you're using thought?
How?
It cannot work.
You're adding to the mind when you're supposed to be going into your meditation to ease and quieten the mind.
So,
All of that to basically say,
When you go into your meditation and you have the thoughts that are coming into the mind,
The first thing you want to do is allow the noise to come in.
Allow the noise to come in,
Allow the thoughts to rush in.
What you want to do is you want to observe the thoughts with no emotional attachment,
No judgement of what you see in those images,
In those thoughts because they're going to be based upon you or experiences you've had with people.
I hate this person,
I hate myself,
Why did I say this,
Why did I say this to this person?
So,
When you start talking,
You start adding dialogue,
So you become the judge,
Jury and executioner and the more you feed those thoughts,
The more they get bigger and bigger and bigger until they destroy you inside,
Basically out.
So again,
When the thoughts come into the mind,
Again,
Allow the noise to come in,
Allow the thoughts to come in and what you basically want to do is observe the thoughts like you were observing a movie or looking at a lake.
Don't judge the experiences upon those thoughts and don't judge yourself,
Observe them,
Don't have any emotional attachments to them,
Detach.
Now,
When you start to observe your thoughts without any of the attachments or emotional attachments that we just spoke about,
You will find out that eventually,
When you do this over and over again,
The mind becomes quieter because the thoughts become quieter until they basically diminish.
So,
In a nutshell,
What we're actually doing is we're observing the thoughts just as we said basically when you meet someone for the first time,
Pardon me,
You observe them through the experiences basically,
You catalogue time,
Memory,
Knowledge of that particular person,
You're doing the reverse.
Because when now you are in the state of observation,
Thought ceases,
Thought becomes quieter,
Your meditation becomes quieter,
Your mind becomes quieter and everything within you,
Your mind,
Body,
Soul,
Organs,
Everything within you starts to get rest,
It starts to become calmer.
All those agitated thoughts that were lodged into parts of the body because they do say,
Met physically speaking,
When you have aches in the body or disease within the body,
It's thought signatures that you've allocated to those parts of the body through your experiences which is causing the discomfort and the disease.
I'll give you one quick example,
If someone broke your heart in a relationship and you can't get over it,
What's happened is you've allocated that experience to the heart.
So now you become achy,
Every time you think about it,
You start to pull from that experience and you start to pull the life force from of course the heart.
So your heart feels very tense,
Very squeezed,
The heart chakra is tense but when you go into your meditation and you observe everything that's happened,
That particular thought signature dissolves and gets cultivated and becomes nothing more than energy and light which feeds back into the heart,
Into the mind and now basically your heart becomes better.
You feel fulfilled,
You feel balanced.
So this is how thoughts actually work,
They latch themselves onto all parts of literally of the body.
The first thing you do when you get stressed is think about a particular experience and then you start to feel it within the body and then how in regards to how intense you think of that experience,
You start to feel either fire,
Fire,
Earth,
Air,
Water because you're using the elemental forces to create a situation.
Which is causing imbalance within the mind,
Body and soul and also that particular part of the body.
So all that to basically say,
Once you observe your thoughts,
You now basically are reversing those energies and those energies come back into the mind,
Body and soul,
Into the body and they go back into your life force as basically of course as light.
Meaning also you have now acquired space within the mind.
Why?
Because before you had that agitation,
Before you had that experience,
The mind was empty and now you feel at peace because the mind becomes empty because it removes that particular thought,
Not remove,
It cultivates that particular thought into energy.
Energy can never be destroyed,
Period.
It is what it is.
You can use it for whatever you want to use it for.
For example,
As my friend would say,
When it rains outside you can either get soaked,
Get an umbrella,
Get a cup,
Fill the water with rainwater and pour it on your plants.
Same with energy.
Energy cannot be destroyed.
Energy is energy and don't get caught up into the fragmentation of things,
Meaning sexual energy,
Physical energy,
Mental energy,
Spiritual energy.
Energy is energy.
When you give something a name and you fragmentate it,
You cause division and fragmentation within the mind.
Energy is energy.
Health is health.
When you are in the realms of nature and you are balanced and you are yourself and you escape from the madness,
As in,
Not escape from the madness,
Sorry,
You basically,
How can I put it,
You go back to the source which is nature because we are all from the realms of nature.
Automatically,
Your mental,
Physical,
Sexual,
Spiritual,
Psychospecial,
Mental energy,
All of that becomes balanced because you are in tune with yourself.
But it is not about spiritual,
Physical,
Mental,
Sexual energy.
That is just fragmentation.
People use that against you sometimes to sell things to you.
Oh,
You need spiritual help,
You need sexual energy help,
You need mental,
Physical health.
It's all the way to divide and conquer.
Everything is basically one.
You are not what they tell you to be in society.
You are just,
You are the one.
As the one most high that you call God or whatever in your ancestral tongue you call God,
It manifests as the many.
For example,
In Islam,
They have 99 names for Allah.
But the 99 names for Allah represent the one that manifests as the many,
Just like the human being.
You can be emotional,
You can be sexual,
You can be happy,
You can be angry,
You can be joyful.
All of those attributes,
I can make a statue out of them and they will be the principles of yourself.
But they come from the one being you.
So again,
Going back to the question at hand basically,
When you are in that particular state and you observe the mind,
You detach.
And then we basically detach from,
I believe,
From the four levels,
Which are part of the one.
So you have the doer being your physical self.
So when you are actually in that meditation,
You are doing,
You are mentally trying to do,
You are trying to stop these thoughts.
But it is a physical,
It is a physical internal movement.
And then you have the thinker,
Which is basically the way you think,
Your thoughts.
When you go beyond the thinker,
You have the observer.
The observer basically is the person that observes everything.
So when you first meet someone,
When you first go to someone's house,
When you first go to someone,
You look around with your eyes and you observe.
Through the observation,
Basically you catalogue thought,
Which is time,
Memory and thought.
And then you basically do what you got to do in that scenario.
So when we go past the thinker,
We are dealing also with,
Of course,
The observer.
The observer is the one that detaches from thought.
And beyond the observer basically is basically the knower.
The knower is basically that part of you that already knows it all.
Everything that you are trying to experience and understand through,
Of course,
Through logic is already within you.
When you are in a quiet state,
When you are in the realms of nature,
When you are silent,
Everything that you are trying to figure out through books,
Through teachers,
Whatever you want to call it,
It automatically resonates and comes within you.
And you are like,
Wow,
I get it.
You get it because you have moved beyond the realms of thought in regards to the true intelligence basically is within you.
It is not outside of you.
And that is another thing we are going to go into in the next one,
Which is basically intelligence and thought.
But that is pretty much it.
Once you are in that particular quiet state of mind,
When you are silent,
When you are quiet in your meditation,
When the emotional attachment is dissolved,
Once you look at those images basically,
So when you look at your thoughts,
Without any emotional attachment,
Judgments,
Experiences of the experience,
The mind becomes very quiet and then you go into your meditation and you become quiet and silent.
And what you will realise is,
When this is what I realised,
And it finally made sense to me,
You will understand and overstand that you are not your thoughts,
That your thoughts are separate from you,
That they are catalogued experiences that have been catalogued within the mind that you go into now and again.
People think they are their thoughts but they are not.
You are separate from your thoughts.
And the reason we are our thoughts is because how society has moulded us,
How authority has moulded us,
Our conditioning through friends,
Experiences,
Whatever you want to call it.
But if you go into the realms of nature,
If you go into a lake,
No,
If you go near a lake,
If you go to meditate,
If you practice internal martial arts,
Yoga,
Whatever you want to call it,
When you do those particular practices,
And through those practices you start to silence the mind,
Thought diminishes,
You become quieter.
Yes,
You may have some thoughts but what happens is you realise the mind becomes quieter and quieter and quieter and quieter and quieter and quieter.
The less stimulation we have,
The less the mind goes quiet.
So all of that to basically say is you are not your thoughts.
You may think that you are thoughts because through the experiences that you have had,
That have moulded you into thinking you are that but you are not.
We are all basically not our thoughts.
Our thoughts are separate from us.
Which is why it is like when you are in your meditation and you see your thoughts,
It is are you thinking your thoughts or are your thoughts thinking you?
Because those images that you are seeing are separate.
But because we have actually created them,
They are linked with us energy wise.
Which is why every time we think of a thought we get an emotional reaction.
Of course the word emotion breaks down to energy in motion.
And every time we think of that particular emotion,
The more energy we put into it,
What tends to happen is we feed that particular emotion.
Of course the emotion is again we are dealing with the four elemental forces,
Fire,
Earth,
Air and water.
And whatever experience that might be,
You start to feed those elements to it which drives the emotion basically higher or lower depending on what experience you are trying to gratify or what memory you are trying to replay or what traumatic experience or happy experience it is.
And that is pretty much how thought manifests on a particular level,
On that level.
And that is how meditation works.
And I stand by the fact that if you are trying to pump the mind with mantras,
Even if it is a guided meditation,
You are still listening to somebody which is thought.
Nobody can take you out of the mess that you are in apart from yourself,
It is always about you.
Now you can have teachers and so forth but the teachers have to be in the position of where they allow the student to grow and they are on the cord.
They don't force them or feed them the nonsense in regards to what they have experienced,
What they have been conditioned to,
What they think is right and how they mold that onto you.
So now you talk,
Walk and act of course literally like them.
And that is the sad thing is a lot of people basically go through that because a lot of people are gullible,
A lot of people are seeking for hope.
A lot of people basically want someone to do the work for them and these people that they are going to,
They are taking your time,
Your money and they are taking your energy in the process.
Like I said,
There is no one that can take you out of your mess or situation apart from you.
Everything that you seek from somebody else is literally within you but you can't have access to that in regards to the mind being mind overthinking,
Polluted,
Fragmented,
Not at peace.
So the more silence you acquire,
Pardon me,
The more inner peace you acquire,
The deeper you go into your meditation and you realise everything that you are seeking,
Everything that you have read through reading books,
Everything that you have experienced in schools,
Esoteric schools,
Online courses,
Meditation or spiritual courses,
Information in online classes or when you met gurus and teachers,
It will all be within you.
Everything that I have said basically in today's audio note is,
How can I put it,
Is basically,
I guess people will relate to it or they may experience it but the experience and the journey will be different but it is still there because it is the same information and knowledge that everyone is basically seeking which is of course health and of course literally health,
Peace and a stress free life.
I am not doing this audio note to condition or to basically mould you into thinking and walking and talking like me.
I am just a speaker that is speaking basically what I have seen and what I am sure a lot of people haven't heard before in regards to meditation because everyone has been fed the same nonsense.
Meditation has become a recycled mumbo jumbo tradition in regards to everyone has a different meditation to do this,
A different meditation to do that but it all represents pretty much doing this or thinking this or doing that and you are using thought and it is not meditation.
Meditation is a point of stillness and just to end this voice note,
Meditation doesn't start when your eyes are closed,
It starts or it actually starts when you are outside.
It starts when people are cursing you out,
When people are causing you to react.
How do you deal with that situation?
Do you deploy kindness and empathy or now do you basically react into that particular person?
So meditation starts from when your eyes open.
It is all good and well that we are meditating with our eyes closed,
We are feeling peaceful and nice but how do you deal with,
When you go into the outside world,
How do you deal with people and how do you deal with yourself?
And of course that is hard because the hardest thing to do is to deal with one's self.
99.
9% of the problems that we go for is caused by us.
A lot of people blame outside forces but really those outside forces are coming within you so you are the one that is dealing with those particular energies and thinking and acting in a particular way so it is all your fault.
People would be like no it's not but from what I can see,
We need to be accountable for the things that we do on a daily basis and don't blame outside forces,
Don't tell me because you have a mercury retrograde that you have told someone to f off or because of a particular energy of a particular situation that you went through,
You have now lashed out basically and you have hurt somebody and so forth.
So yeah it may not be your fault but you have to take responsibility because you are the person that did the act.
So that being said my voice has started to go which means my spirit is basically signalling I am done.
I hope everyone has enjoyed this particular audio note,
I will be doing more on a daily basis.
The next one I will be doing will be on enlightenment which is something that a lot of people are striving to attain which I will give a very brief explanation on what enlightenment basically is.
Apart from that if you have any questions or of the particular conversation we have had or questions,
Whatever it might be you can feel free to comment or drop me a DM and we can literally talk.
With that being said I will catch everyone in a literally bit.
Thank you so much,
Peace out and have an amazing day.

I’ve listened to this several times, and have learned so much. I was sticking with guided due to tinnitus, ringing in the ears makes silence very loud for me. Do you have any recommendations while using headphones? Theta waves, nature sounds? Or are these still adding extra thoughts?

Great talk! Thank you.
