My name is Lynette and I will be guiding you through your practice today.
This is a guided meditation for intention setting.
Welcome to this moment of stillness.
Find a comfortable position sitting or lying down and allow your body to relax.
Close your eyes gently and begin to turn your attention inward.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Feel any tension in your body start to release.
Let go of the weight of your day and allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.
With each breath you take,
Feel yourself becoming more grounded,
More centered,
More at ease.
Now,
Let your breath find its natural rhythm in and out and as you breathe,
Begin to bring your awareness to the very center of your heart.
Imagine a warm gentle light glowing there,
Radiating peace,
Love and clarity.
Feel this light expand with every breath you take,
Filling your entire chest with warmth.
Allow the energy to grow and as it does,
It begins to spread throughout your entire body,
Soothing in each muscle,
Each thought.
As you continue to breathe deeply and evenly,
Begin to think of an intention you'd like to set for yourself today.
It could be related to your personal growth,
Your relationship or any area of your life that feels important to you right now.
It could be a word,
A phrase or simply a feeling that you want to embody.
Take a moment to tune in to what resonates most deeply with you,
What you want to bring into your life with clarity and purpose.
Imagine your intention as small seed being planted in your heart.
It is surrounded by fertile soil ready to grow.
Each breath,
The seed begins to sprout,
Growing stronger,
Clearer and more vibrant.
You nurture it with your breath and as it grows,
You begin to feel a sense of alignment.
You know that this intention is yours and is already unfolding in perfect timing.
As the seed grows,
Feel the energy of your intention spreading through your entire body,
Filling you up with a sense of purpose and confidence.
You trust in your ability to manifest this intention.
You are ready.

Breathing in deeply and as you exhale,
Visualize yourself already living this intention.
See it manifesting in your life in a way that feels true and fulfilling.
Feel the gratitude of this process,

Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and toes and take a deep breath in.
As you breathe,
