My name is Joyce and thank you so much for joining me in this session.
The theme for today's session is gratitude.
In this meditation,
We are going to reflect and give thanks to all that happens in our lives.
This is the key to happiness and staying present in the moment.
Let's begin by simply settling down and coming into stillness.
Let's take a few deep breaths to release the tension in our bodies.
We will begin by moving our awareness to the immediate environment.
Pay attention to all that you can see,
Touch,
Smell,
Hear and taste.
Say to yourself,
For this I am grateful.
Repeat once again,
For this I am grateful.
Then let us bring to mind those people in our lives to whom we are close.
Friends,
Family,
Partners,
Or these people.
Think about the things that they have done for us.
And then say to yourself,
For this I am grateful.
Next,
Let's turn our attention onto ourselves.
We are all unique individuals.
We are strong,
Capable,
And most of all,
Kind.
Say to ourselves,
For this I am grateful.
Now,
Allow the feeling of deep gratitude to come into the body.
Notice where the feeling is in your body.
Take a few deep breaths and allow the feeling to expand.
In the next few moments,
Rest here and with the sound of singing bowls,
Enjoy the pleasant feeling gratitude gives you.
Now,

Start wriggling your fingers,
