
We Are Scared Of Our Anger
When people tell Premasudha, her words speak to the heart of the journey, she laughs and says it is because she was once so confused herself! Now wishing to help others out of emotional distress, Premasudha says an important key is to become aware of our own inner climate - the emotions, feelings, and bodily sensations that are always there within us. She reminds us that our experiences in the world reflect what is going on inside of us. For example, if you are carrying anger, you will attract angry responses. To heal this, we need to turn inward, to the Silence/Creator within, and ask for help. Then we can let this inner love and wisdom heal our fears, anger, and hate, bringing us to a more illuminated perspective of life on earth. When anger goes, there is room for the Creator (aka the Light and Love of Awareness) to come into our hearts, bodies, and minds. At any moment, we can take responsibility for our lives and begin stepping forward to move beyond the ego's tricks & storylines.
