Seekers sometimes fall into the trap of an inauthentic or fake spiritual journey. The fake journey won´t get us far on our spiritual path. But it can feel safer in the short run, especially when our ego screams. (Egos kick up a fuss to try to discourage us from continuing because they know if we keep going, they will die.) Sometimes the screaming ego fools us and we retreat into our heads and try to walk the journey from there, rather than continuing to come into our hearts. Sincere prayer, repeating mantras, and learning to witness the ego's shenanigans, without buying into them, all really help. This way, we can try to just keep walking our true path. Walls can dissolve instead of blocking us. Our soul is always waiting for us, wanting to connect with us, and even if connecting with our truth can feel like a deep dive into the unknown, we will find forgiveness, compassion, and love there. Premasudha talks to Erin, Bhavani, and Saskia. The music is from Jenna.
