I read about an ecologist recently who was working on some land and he had some assistants who had recently graduated from university,
You know,
Taking ecology.
And he was taking them around this land and making observations and drawing conclusions.
And the students all wanted proof that his observations and conclusions had been in a study and that it had been peer reviewed.
So I mean,
The information was right in front of their eyes.
But they were focused on,
You know,
Whether a study had been done about it and it had been peer reviewed.
So you know,
I think that's a really good snapshot of how we're overemphasizing the head and we're too much underestimating the heart and also,
You know,
The feminine energy.
So I just wanted to tell you this story and to that if you're feeling a little bit like you don't fit in or it's getting challenging to live in this culture,
You're not alone and just stay true to your heart and common sense and you know,
Cultures can steer back to sanity.
There is the story though of,
You know,
The Emperor's new clothes.
So I guess this kind of problem has occurred before,
You know,
The story and the Emperor and he wants new clothes and Taylor comes and supposedly sews clothes but they're invisible.
But the Taylor's talking as if they're real and so the king goes along with it.
So all the courtiers go along with it and they praise all these wonderful clothes and then the king goes on a,
You know,
Tour and is walking in front of the populace and of course he's not wearing any clothes.
But everybody's clapping and saying,
Oh,
Wonderful what he's wearing and it's a little boy,
The voice of innocence who goes,
The Emperor's not wearing any clothes.
So so,
You know,
We'd be like the little boy.
Help keep sanity.
Okay,
Bless your hearts.
